Went in there at 6:00pm and they close at 8pm. I ordered 3 large bowls which totaled to be $49 and I handed them $100 bill, she said they were unable to break it. Which makes complete sense why their store was totally empty and everybody was at yogurtland. Won't be returning there anytime soon. Extremely rude customer service and they didn't care that they were losing probably their biggest sale of the day.

I had a two star review here prior because the base of their açaí bowl was orange and it was far too tart it was inedible BUT I came here again recently because there aren't many places in the NW and I made sure it was an apple juice base and it was SOOOO GOOD. Expensive, ordering was slow even though there was only one person in front of me. It's def earthy and wholesome on the inside but no places to sit which is weird. Just a big empty room.

The employees are kind and humorous! The customer service is absolutely EXELLENT! Got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious treat!! If you come here and don't know what to get, I definitely recommend the Hula bowl or the PB Lovers! I will definitely come here more frequently. ?

I've decided to try something new and got an açaí smoothie and a bowl to share with friends today, came out delicious as expected and they loved it. We eat here pretty often. This was the first time I felt forced and manipulated to leave a tip on my 2 $14 bowls. This is getting out of hand and I have taken a personal stance against fast food and quick service businesses who allow their employees to guilt and manipulate patrons who paid them to make what you paid for and provided no other services. This instance I was told to hit button 1-4 and then the green button. 1-4 does not leave an option to not tip. As I looked how to proceed forward without leaving a tip the cashier hovered over me. I finally saw that if you hit F you can proceed without leaving a tip. Unfortunately I will not be back. Stop promoting a culture of having your patrons subsidize your labor. The backlash is coming as tip fatigue is real . Plenty of articles addressing this.

Tried it a few times for breakfast ~ ordered different açaí bowls (Ocean, Berry, Rise & Shine, Hula) ~ Well made, all tasty, all different, fresh, plentiful portion, friendly service, clean interior. Lots of places around with açaí bowls, but would definitely go here again.

I can't believe that I have lived here since 2018 and never popped in until my friend from out of state put me on a mission to find her some juices. Bowolology did not disappoint! Friendly, prompt service and a colorful variety of bowls, smoothies, and juices. This trip, we only came for juices and shots, but I am excited to return and try the island poke bowls, protein bowls, super bowls, bohemian bowls, and smoothies. Plenty of parking in the shopping center lot, and ample seating to enjoy treats inside, but there were also a few tables outside if that is your thing.
Dissapointing service and food. Paid for a large bowl and it wasn't even filled in the middle. Rude employees when I asked them to kindly resolve the issue. I paid 1.50 extra for peanut butter...y'all it was a teaspoon of jiffy clumped at the top. Their Acai tasted like it was squeezed from a frozen juice can that had too much added sugar. Will never come back.

Pleasant and better experience this time! Appreciate the owner Josh reaching out so quickly after our bad experience with the service. We decided to give this place another shot and this time I got the beef protein bowl and my daughter got her ocean bowl she always get which I didn't get to take a picture of because she finished it in the car. Cashier was a lot friendlier than last time and she even made suggestions on the protein bowls. Waited about 5 mins for the 2 bowls which was way better than last time. The girls in the kitchen was a lot nicer as well. We will be back, this is actually my first time eating bowlology my daughter is the one who always get something here but after tasting the beef protein bowl which i thought was going to be bland i was wrong I'm actually a fan of it! They weren't cheap on the meat, although the beef could be a little bit more tender but the flavor made up for it.

Danielle is a horrible at customer service. she is also very mean and rude to not only her customers, but her employees. We have witnessed her nasty personality and is quite ugly to people. I would never go back again simply because of the manager DANIELLE! I tried calling the store to express my complaints and she hung up on me! Wow! Not very professional at all!

“And the screen is going to ask if you’d like to leave a tip” . Is anyone sick of these workers begging for tips?? I’m more than willing to give, but quit asking. Earn your tip. And get some tap water for guests already, cripes. I request to speak with a manager and have them explain themselves.
