I'd leave zero stars if I could. The hours are 10-6 daily. Nothing posted about needing to CLOSE for breaks. I arrive just before 11:30 and the door is locked. I called and the girl said, "I had to lock the door so I can take a break out back". I sat in my car for another 10 mins and she never unlocked the door.

We've been here a few times and we like their Makai Bowl since moving to Vegas. Customer service was good. She was nice and helpful. Our acai bowl came out super fast, they made it so easy. It's a little bit pricey, I think. If the price was lower, we might be here 3 times a week instead of 1 time every three months. Jumba juice is down the street so we go there instead. Bowlology is closer and we would like to support it more...

Way to pricey. Food wasn't so great so great and definitely not enough for the price you pay for. A little disappointed

19 bucks for a bowl of blended fruit and some granola??? first off i never leave reviews anywhere even if it's not a great experience, but the place smelled like raw sewage and the lady at the counter with the piercings and short hair was very dismissive and kept giving me dirty looks, service was not great the food was even worse. go to pressed for juice instead, it's cheaper and has better ingredients higher quality and good customer service. she looked like she was possibly on drugs, they also don't have an open counter top like most acai bowl places, which means you can't see exactly what they put in the bowls or how fresh the ingredients are or if they're being sanitary. her bare hand fully grabbed the scooping part of my spoon so i used one from home. also why would you put granola on the bottom of the bowl it was supper soggy and gross.

Service is good but beware. Save your money. The beef is microwaved not fresh the mango smoothie taste like apple sauce. Pricey for cheap microwave food

I can’t believe I paid $13 for three slices of dried chicken, a bunch of spring mix, and a random piece of bell pepper. Maybe I should try the fruit bowls?
