Pizza is good but not like before. But they still have a lot to offer. Price is to much for what the offer. When you ask for delivery food is always cold.

I have been a loyal customer to Brothers Pizza. Especially for late night food. Tonight I ordered through Uber Eats with plenty of time before closing. A whole 1 hr and 20 minutes before they close and my order was canceled. No courtesy call to inform me what went wrong or why my order was canceled. Such a shame that you would do that for a customer that supported you through all of Covid as well.

Overall, the food is good. The pizza was tasty but the garlic balls could use more flavor. We tried to check-in on yelp to get free garlic balls as they have it advertised on yelp but they said they no-longer do that. The reason why i gave this place 3 stars is because it took 30 mins to get through on the phone to place an order and when we picked up our food (which they told us would take 20 mins) it was warm and not hot.

Used to be my go to pizza place but the last couple times I called for orders the guy who answered the phone was such a rude punk he sounded like he hates his job and life so takes his trash energy to the customer for dumping. Terrible customer service towards me and my wife especially is all it takes to never spend my hard earned money somewhere again. Many people don't even have jobs and some places not even food/water or somewhere to lay their heads at night. This guy should really reevaluate his attitude and life. Brothers should fire him if they haven't already.

Very disappointed and I'm out $30. I ordered directly from the Brother's website, instead of calling and placing an order. Once my order was placed, I received a confirmation email from something called "slice" (later it was discovered that this is a company similar to UberEats or GrubHub). Didn't think anything of it. This was clearly an approved provider contracted by brothers...since it was direct from their own website. My order arrived 30 minutes beyond the "latest" arrival time (which was a total of 90 minutes from the time I placed it). During this period, I called Brothers and asked them what was going on. They said there was an issue with the delivery driver but somebody left 10 minutes ago to bring it to me. At that moment, I questioned them about their confidence in the food quality, considering it had been sitting there for 30 minutes. The gentleman on the phone assured me that it would be fine since it was in a spot that was heated while it waited. Hmmm. The food arrives. Instantly I see the ranch dressing is now warm, because it's been sitting next to the food for quite some time; pizza is room temperature, and my order of (cold) fries had excessive condensation built on top of the clear container, that they were now soggy limp potatoes. Immediately I called Brother's back and explained my disappointment. The gentleman on the phone remained calm but he told me that he could not help me because it was really the delivery driver's fault. I explained that I ordered directly from their website, which means they are in alliance with their 'choosen' delivery team. I explained that my dissatisfaction with the food would be a direct reflection of them and asked who I should report this to. The individual on the phone had a tough time explaining it...but it's my understanding that they're using a third party service called "Slice" for online orders, but if you call directly then their own driver will run it out to you. Regardless of who is responsible, dearest Brothers Pizza, here is what I know: You allowed me to order directly from your website. You, or your contractor, were extremely late. The food was absolutely awful and you offered me no refund nor solution. I suggest you reevaluate your alliance and delivery practices.

Omg I was pissed when the woman who answered my call hung up on me twice when I was trying to complain about my terrible postmates order. She was yelling the second time I called. (My wings were missing sauce, wings full of hair, salad missing toppings, hard boiled eggs were rotten, all ranch and bleu cheese dressings missing) But now that I'm reading the 42+ 1 star reviews from the past 3 months I'm starting to wonder if this location is trolling people! Everything I'm reading in the other reviews is terrible but also hilarious. This place used to be amazing! But what the hell is happening? Please put them out of business there are too many other amazing options available in the area and I'm just sorry I didn't go with one of those this last time. And yes this is the absolute last time I will ever order or pick up here. DISGUSTING.

I was reading the reviews for this restaurant on Yelp and I was scared to order from them based on recent reviews, however, it was somewhat late at night and my restaurant options were limited on the Postmates app, so I went ahead and ordered some food (a cold sub sandwich with fries and I also got a house salad). I have no complaints. And I was impressed with the size and quality of the house salad. I ordered the food on Monday 4/25 at about 10pm, so whichever employees worked that day did a decent job! This isn't one of my favorite restaurants necessarily, but definitely a better place than the poor reviews make it out to be (at least that was my experience)!!

The food that was served was such low quality and care that for the first time in my life I'm writing a review. The two attached pictures show the worst offender of the food I ordered. It's wasn't fired like the name listed. (False advertisement) it was extremely overcooked to where it was very hard to chew. The wing sauce was basically water. The only thing that was pretty good was the garlic cheesy bread

This used to be one if my favorite pizza places in Town. But the last few times I've ordered it hasn't been what it use to. Tonight my pizza was delivered to me half way cooked and with no sauce. Strange. I called to let them know the issue and the person I spoke with was unfriendly, argumentative and had no real knowledge of customer service. She offered to refund me 10%. Which on a $25 order isn't worth the hassle or the card processing fees. Do not waste your time on this place.

Customer service is bad, food has gone downhill. Confronted them about a food item they forgot on my order and they told me call grub hub for a full refund because they're not going to make it even tho I paid for it and didn't get it. I don't make good or bad reviews often but damn.

This place used to be awesome. The food quality and service is horrible now. Last week I ordered a pizza and appetizer for delivery. It never showed. When I called the cashier told me there was nothing he could do about it. Left a message for someone to call me and never got a response. Because I have had great experiences before, I tried again this week. Received a disgusting cold pizza with the wrong and missing toppings and rotten spinach. The appetizer that is supposed to be mozzarella sticks, onion rings, jalapeño poppers, fried zucchini and fried mushrooms and used to be made fresh was a tiny plate of undercooked disgusting appetizers. I threw it all away, wasn't even edible. Their excuse is they are too busy. They do not care about their mistakes or quality of food and their attitude and customer service is terrible. Don't give them your money. You will be disappointed.

The food is great. But you guys need to answer your phone more professionally. I own my own business and if somebody answered my phones the way you guys do I would fire them. First time I called "Brothers" in a lazy irritated tone. Next time same time. "Brothers everything is going to be 1-2 hours". Not even hello. Don't ruin great food with bad customer service.
