This store is closed. Apparently for over a week and is still taking orders! They took my order, my money only to be upset to find out the business was closed! A handwritten sign said sorry closed due to flooding call their sister stores. Ashley from the rainbow store couldn't believe they were still taking orders and payments! She will have her manager to refund me. Hopefully it will happen!***Seeing how the 'owner' made a comment, I hope to see my full refund credited to my account by 9/16/2022. I was told it would take 3-5 business days, with 5 being on 9/16/2022

It says online they close at 11pm but I got there before 8pm and there’s two guys sitting at a outside with the restaurant door wide open lights off and they said they were closed. To me it seemed like they didn't want to work. A waste of my time and definitely not coming back.

So, yesterday we got one of the menus on our front door. We have ordered from many other Brothers locations in the past. NW, RaiCheyenne. We happened to be passing by and dropped in the West Flamingo location. You might should have just been closed. The gentleman at the counter was super nice and efficient. He prepared our order fast and it’s yummy. But his hands were tied. He was the only one there and with next to no product or supplies. Couldn’t buy a pizza bigger than 14”. No box big enough. We were going to order a 30” pizza, wanted to get soda. Machine out and only diet an Mtn Dew. No burger patty’s. I was scared to order a salad! Shame on you putting that poor kid in the position to tell people No. I can fill your order.

Good pizza , great younger guy working when I picked up my pizza . I made a mistake during my order and this guy made sure to resolve problem before I left . Great experience all around .

Use to be good now sucks only can get good food from here when it's slow and certain people working tbh use to be my favorite now its terrible low-key should close if can't keep up with quality and timing at least cause now the workers there disrespect you gets stressed out easy n fk everything up

Ordered a bunch of pizzas. 2 hours go by and they did not deliver. They offered a refund. 2 weeks later, no refund was processed on my card. I called the restaurant again, the lady was rude and said someone will call me whenever they're available. Don't order from them.

I made an online order for two pizzas, an 18 inch and a 24 inch. They called me back to let me know they could not do the 24 inch that night. That was fine, but they still charged me for the larger size despite reassuring me that they would refund the difference. Their online orders also include an additional 5% support fee that goes to the restaurant and not the employees. To add insult to injury, I ordered their speciality white pie. They must have just given me a regular cheese pizza because there absolutely no ricotta cheese or olive oil on it. Definitely not worth the $55 spent.

They do not honor the check in for free order of garlic knots anymore. The chicken wings taste like they defrosted frozen wings and dumped them in the fryer no seasoning at all.

We have had the most amazing pizzas from Brother's! But the pizza we got today was horrible! They seemed to have forgotten to put sauce on the pie! I called to let them know and I was told we will tell the cook to make sure he puts sauce on it. $30 for a horrible dinner. Never again.
1st time ever my pizza was bad. Burn bottom and top not done. Usually so good. Let's hope next time they get it right

Called twice tonight 4/19/22 @ 9:30pm a lady answered the phone twice really really rude and instantly put me on hold both times and never came back to the phone. Never even gave me a chance to speak beyond hello. My last time giving them a second thought with that kind of customer service.

Had high hopes but was very disappointed by the pizza. Hardly any toppings, certainly not like they promote in the pics. Crust and sauce flavor was good but it looked like it got it at little Caesars. Too many good pizza places in this area to serve this. Very disappointed.

Picked up my pizza for dinner and had probably the most awkward experience I've ever had in a pizza place. It is NEVER a good look to have a manager reprimanding employees in front of customers. It's even worse when they drag them in the back and do it to two employees all the while the only customer can here exactly what they're arguing about. It was extremely awkward unprofessional and I couldn't wait to get my pizza and leave as fast as I could.
