Wonderful place we found because of TikTok and they're known for their bingsoo and croffles. I've been here a few times and it's become one of my comfort stops whenever I want bingsoo from somewhere close by and this place is a great place. I love their iljeolmi bingsoo and pretty much all their croffles... The drinks are okay but I steer away from them because I don't come for those but rather the bingsoo and croffles. The best croffles. Nice and crispy with a carmelized crunch. I got the strawberry croffle with whipped cream.The Korean shaced ice was very good. Loved that they layer fruit on the bottom and throughout the cup. We will definitely return.

Absolutely thrilled with our experience at Cafe Laon! The injeolmi bingsoo was hands down the best I've had in Las Vegas - super creamy with soft mochi, it was perfection in every spoonful. The ham and cheese croffle was a delightful surprise, with a light sweet glaze giving it a crisp texture, blending sweet and savory flavors seamlessly. I'm already planning my next visit to try more items on their menu, and I'll definitely be ordering these two gems again. Highly recommend!
