Food was good. The restaurant is filthy! The floor was disgusting, everything has something splattered on it. Windows had so much liquid splattered on them plus fingerprints. Homeless dude sleeping at an outside table. I sure hope the kitchen is in better shape.

I love this place the workers are always nice and pleasant here. I always get good customer service each time I’ve come here.I love the food very tasty, healthy, and filling. There is also plenty of good healthy food choices on their menu.

They can find healthy, fresh food. The service is dynamic. They serve you quickly and you can put together your salads. Tasty sandwiches and delicious cakes for dessert. The atmosphere is similar to that of any fast food place. Whoever goes to Zupas looks for healthy food and fast service, without frills

If I had not been to the Boca Park location on Charleston Blvd I probably would have not come back to Zupas ever again. The customer service was mid. They weren’t necessarily rude but the 1st lady helping was adamant about passing us on to the next lady (who was kind). The soup was room temp. There is no way that the products in their Bain Marie’s were at hot holding temp. The brisket grilled cheese had way too much mayo on it which squirted out upon taking the first (and subsequently being my last) bite. This place needs improvement for sure.

I feel bad leaving a bad review, but the food was not good at all plus they literally count out the items they put on the salads! When I asked to please fill the soup closer to the top they said they are not allowed! Come on $8.00 for a cup of soup and they are not allowed to. I used to really like Zuppa's not so much anymore.
