We arrived right before the long line, but dined in to observe the long line rush.For our breakfast rush: there were two registers open and three workers behind the counter, getting drinks and food ready. Cafe Belle is open 24 hours and is conveniently located right before entry to one of the hotel towers. Yes, the prices are incredibly inflated, but that is to be expected in a casino in Las Vegas. My problem with this place is twofold—it’s understaffed and inconsistent. Depending when you go, you can expect to wait upwards of 30+ minutes for your order.
