Consistently good food at a reasonable price. Noodles are perfectly cooked and tempura items are always nice and crispy. The menu has a good mix of traditional items and a few unusual things to try. There are several items sold as small bites too so you can try some things for a small price. Some of our favorites are the fish cake tempura, the Sanuki ramen and the Tofu curry udon. The broth has that good umami flavor, and if you dont eat meat the tempura tofu is good. And if you like calpico you can get free refills! When you are seated you scan the QR code at the table, then order and pay through the app. Food comes out pretty quick, and it is nice to not have to wait to receive and pay the check. There isn't a way to tip on the app so don't forget to bring cash for the tip jar!

I do love it but the portions are smaller than I would like. They serve there entrees in ridiculously huge bowls. The side orders are fair in pricing as an add on for 4.75. I would recommend getting 3.00 extra noodles in the mental udon. I have had a few check ins and honestly the beef bowl is identical to that served at yoshinoya...seriously. The pork cutlet is thick and dry so the insider secret...drum roll please...with any of their fried foods you need to get the yumyum sauce. It's sweet and similar to that of a honey mustard. Also ask for some eel sauce if you like a rich soy and sugar based condiment. They have an endless cup of calico which is a sweetened yogurt drink which is exceptional priced. I do honesty like this place but be wary as alot of the appetizers are sadly a miss in my books

We were there on a Tuesday night. They don't have a sushi chef on Tuesday or Wednesday. We didn't know that ahead of time so that was a little disappointing. I had a bento box for dinner. Everything was very fresh and yummy.

Absolutely love this place It was quiet when we came in today but we had early dinner the way to order was a little different but I think I like it basically you scan the code with your phone and you order what you want right online then they bring it out to you The servers were still really nice and attentive brought us water and gave us everything we asked for we tried the fish cake tempura which was nice and crisp soft on the inside and full of flavor The Nabeyaki Udon broth was perfect just the right amount of flavor and you can tell the noodles are made in house and we had the Japanese Curry Katsu Rice The curry had great flavor with the veggies inside and the Katsu was so crispy on the outside and nice and tender on the inside also perfectly cooked we will definitely return because there's a lot more that I would like to try on this menu my stomach isn't big enough for all of it Besides this the café was clean and inviting the bathrooms were clean as well adding this to one of my favorites here in Vegas

You've got me at yes for fresh udon made in house with reasonable prices. We didn't have any concerns with scan QR code; however, we prefer in-person, customer service for dining. Nabeyaki Udon: Perfect temperature. Great taste of broth and perfect udon. All ingredients complemented each other from broth, udon, shrimp tempura, beef, egg, kamaboko, veggies, and garnishes. Niku Udon: My husband and son loved it. Beef Gyudon Rice: My son enjoyed soft tender beef with perfectly cooked rice. Curry Beef Bowl: My husband enjoyed his curry.

The tomato cream udon is so good it's bussin. Try the mentaiko cream udon too. Their lemonade always hits on a hot summer day pump it into my veins. Here's a pic of my takeout I couldn't help but take a pic before I finish it!,, shout out to the chefs....

QR code ordering, good: price, speed, variety. Pay upfront at the register, nice staff and table spacing. (What else do you need to know?) I enjoyed the 'Curry Udon' and 'Red Rock roll'.

YUM! This place was delicious! We landed in Vegas around 10am and knew we wanted asian food. Once we got our rental we headed for chinatown. We actually got this place off of mike chen's youtube video and it did not disappoint! Although when it was posted they had $6 udon, but honestly we didnt care about the price once we sat from being hungry, lol. We started off with a bunch of tempura/apps because you kinda just have to, lol. We got the gyoza, takoyaki, chicken karaage, shrimp tempura, egg tempura, and tofu tempura. All yummy! We definitely had leftovers and it was still pretty good later in the day. For our main I got the seafood in mentai cream udon, my bf got the shoyu udon and added chasu, and my best friend got the spicy tantan udon.. all very delicious and came pipping hot to our table. I seriously could not stop picking at the spicy tantan, it actually had some heat! The broth was so good! We felt pretty stuffed quickly but were happy to be able to take the leftovers to go. We ate them again maybe 12 hrs later and it still hit the spot! Definitely recommend this place, delicious food and great atmosphere!

My gf and I LOVE this place as its close, affordable, and kawaii af lol Let's get right to the food: -Mentai Cream Udon with seafood ($14) OMGGG the creaminess balanced with the alaskan fish roe was perfect, and arguably my favorite dish here. I added the option with seafood and it was perfect as I cleaned up the bowl faster than my dog with peanut butter. Actually not really but you get the idea. So yummy -Katsu Curry ($12.50) Great dish for your Japanese curry craving. I do like Zen's curry over Sanuki but this was good as well. I wish you have the option to pick the spice level. -Unlimited Calpico Lemonade ($~4) I haven't had this myself but my gf would not stop talking about it lol I love the decor and how easy and quick it is to order. QR code, check out, pay, done. Pro tip: Parking can be packed during prime time as 888 Japanese bbq is right next door. You may have to park next to It's sushi or the Vietnamese supermarket and walk over 2 min

This place is a must try. They have bomb udon and bottomless calpico. The udon is soft and chewy and prices are reasonable. Definitely would come back.

First time coming with the gf and friends, and I'm so glad we did. Cafe sanuki is located in a small plaza sharing spaces to more Las Vegas Chinatown bites. They open from noon to pretty late, which is the perfect spot for lunch. Upon entering, the general ambiance you get is what you'd general feel at most Tokyo small eateries: plastic displays of food, anime on the walls, and wooden furniture. It's a very cute shop inside that's very spacious. For food, we ordered the tomato sauce udon, men tai creamy udon, nabeyaki udon, and an unlimited amount of calipico. We started with the nabeyaki udon which was super delicious. The soup was prepared so lightly but the flavors of the meat, egg, deep fried bits and udon blended so well together. The second dish was the tomato sauce udon which hit our smell senses first when hitting the table. The tomato sauce was very creamy and the tastes were hitting extremely hard, which were opposites to every other dish we ordered. The mentai udon was the complete opposite of the tomato sauce udon in heaviness. The creaminess of the sauce was very tasty as well. Along side the udon, we ordered some small eats: takoyaki and pork Katsu: each prepared very well. Overall, the food was so delicious. I really have no complaints about this spot. Easy 5/5

We came for the bottomless Calpico and loved it, the bottomless house lemonade, and udon! Takoyaki was good. The seafood tomato cream udon was delicious and reminded me of tomato rice dishes I like to order at Hong Kong cafes. My friends loved their udon soup and sushi roll as well.

I'm suprised I haven't reviewed this place after how many times I've been here so many times throughout the years and never gave one of faves a review. Gyudon with poached egg- I don't get the luxury of eating Yoshinoya now they have closed down in Las Vegas. So this is my replacement plus you get the poached which is always the first thing I order. Usually me and wifey as our second dish we go from the Udon pasta to the soup so it just depends on the day. We also get pumpkin Tempura and shrimp tempura and the execution is one of the best tempuras you are going to get at the price point. The final thing is the Calpico Lemonade the only place you will be able to find this. This really is one of favorite drinks of all time. It's a milky yogurt lemonade. I wanna say it reminds me of country time but I could be wrong. Love Cafe Sanuki!

My go to place for udon! The quality of the udon noodles remind me of Marugame. High quality, freshly made and great texture. You scan the QR code on the table and place your order. You can either pay right there on the app or request a check from the waiter and pay in person. The prices are very affordable! I ordered the Nabeyaki which comes with 1 shrimp tempura, beef, poached egg, cabbage, shimeji mushrooms and kamaboko. Everything you need for a good bowl of udon :) You can preview the menu here:

In town, stopped by this restaurant for lunch. Glad we did. Their food is really affordable and good. I ordered the bento karage and takoyaki. It was delicious karage is crispy and juicy inside not overly greasy and salty like most places. Side note (Their salad dressing is bomb!!l) i don't know what is in it but it's sooo good. I didn't get to take a picture bec. We devoured it. The cheesy Udon Carbonara is fire!!! They make their udon noodles in house and it's delicious! Cooked al dente too!!! Just beware of the wait lines. If you're rushing this place is not for you.
