What a joke! $9 for this tiny mediocre sandwich!!!! Service was friendly, place is clean, sandwich was crappie. Went on a whim was in the parking lot and needed some food. Should have gone somewhere else anywhere else. Waste of almost $10!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of trying the mushroom soup at this place, and it was hands down the most delicious mushroom soup I've ever tasted. Following that, I ordered the berry salad, which was nothing short of out-of-this-world fantastic. My friend opted for the strawberry salad and couldn't stop raving about how much she loved it. We both decided to add chicken to our salads, and it was a perfect complement. However, I must dock one star for the noise level. The ambiance was lively, but it made it quite challenging to have a decent conversation. Despite the noise, the quality of the food was top-notch, and the flavors were truly memorable. The mushroom soup set the bar high, and the salads exceeded expectations. The addition of chicken elevated the salads to a satisfying and filling meal. While the noise was a drawback, the overall dining experience was still enjoyable, thanks to the outstanding flavors and combinations on the menu.

I do not recommend them for catering unless you're aware of how it works. When you order an individual meal you get the chocolate dipped strawberry and possibly a roll depending on if you ordered soup or salad. With catering, you don't get any of the nice extras. Be sure to purchase your rolls and chocolate dipped strawberries otherwise you will be disappointed. I love their food and I will occasionally order for my family but I will no longer use their catering.

I can't tell if this place is trying to be bad on purpose or they don't know how to make food. The soup is tasty and besides gouging for add-ins it's pretty good so gotta give them that. But, they have to be incentivized to make their servings the smallest amount possible. Pretty sure my last order of a large salad was almost as big as a half order should be. 3 pieces of chicken about 1/4 of the amount of toppings that would make it resemble a salad and filled up half the container. had to use half the dressing or else i would've been drinking dressing. It's like they took mediocre food, then put it on a conveyor belt, then told the conveyor belt to do bad at its job. The strawberries?? they're complimentary, so whatever. But, are they trying to set records speed dipping them?? Ability to manage a line?? Nah, 2 people in line, 30 minutes. Maybe they are trying to save money on ingredients. But could they save enough money over not having return customers until they haven't been back long enough to remember how bad it was?? I don't know.

I first tried Café Zupas with an old co-worker at a different Las Vegas location back on 5 Aug 2020 and the experience was so wonderful that I wanted to bring my family to try it. Approximately a month or so later, my family and I tried this Café Zupas and overall, we enjoyed it. I didn't even consider writing a review or at least provide a rating of this restaurant because I knew my family and I (or at least I), would be back in the future to validate my initial rating of this place. Although I didn't anticipate waiting this long (almost 4 years), I finally returned for dinner on 22 Jan 2024...and overall, the rating hasn't changed. One of the biggest things that stood out to me at this restaurant is how friendly and efficient the employees are. During my recent encounter, everyone seemed like busy little ants; whether helping customers, cleaning the dining area/drink station, or preparing food in the back...all of them seemed very productive. Unlike some of the other big name fast food restaurants in this city, the employees here are great. Well, at least the ones I encountered. As far as the food, I don't recall everything I/we ordered during the previous visits (except for the Lobster Bisque Soup, which was outstanding), but for the Jan 2024 visit, we ordered the Mediterranean Bowl, Golden Curry Soup, Pesto Chicken Sandwich, Chipotle Glazed Salad, and Tomato Basil Soup. I'm not a fan of the Golden Curry Soup and Pesto Chicken Sandwich. For the Golden Curry Soup, some of it is my fault because I should've read that this was a soup - I expected a thicker consistency that normally accompanies traditional curry. Although the flavor was decent (slightly watered down), like I mentioned above, I felt it lacked proper consistency. However, if it's supposed to be a thinner soup base, then with the exception of the "watered down" comment, you can ignore my other comment about this soup. Additionally, the Pesto Chicken Sandwich was also slightly my fault because I assumed and I didn't pay attention to the picture. I thought pesto sauce is supposed to be green (due to the basil), but it wasn't created this way, which was slightly disappointing for me because I love basil pesto. Also, based on the picture, it shows some sort of micro greens on the sandwich; I didn't see any of that on my sandwich. Lastly, I know the majority of people love eating their salad with mass amounts of salad dressing; however, I'm not one of those people - I typically enjoy my dressing to be on the side so I can add it to my liking. Although I should've asked if the dressing was added by the employees, or just pay attention to them making my salad to flag it...but I didn't, therefore, I would recommend that this franchise have an option for "light" dressing on their menu so it's not assumed that everyone loves gallons of dressing. Plus, this could be beneficial for those new customers. Because contrary to belief, I do enjoy a little dressing on my salad and not my salad in my dressing.Overall, the majority of the food I've experienced at this restaurant was good; the price-to-quantity/quality ratio isn't superb, but it is adequate. Aside from those minor things above, the food tastes fresh and the chocolate-covered strawberry is a nice touch for the end of your meal (it comes with your meal). As mentioned earlier, the customer service was extraordinary, and the employees were remarkable. If you haven't been to this restaurant, you really should try it - I recommend this place to everyone!

I took all my friends here for an early dinner because I was telling them how amazing it was the last time I was there a few years ago. Thinking the business and food could only get better as time went by I was expecting another great experience. I was wrong. As soon as we went up to the counter to order our food it was as if every single employee had no idea what they were doing. My friend has diet restrictions due to an allergy so he wanted to take one specific thing off of his sandwhich and substitute it for something he's not allergic to. The girl said they can take items off the sandwhich but can't subsititute anything onto it. I immediately thought that was odd, just charge him extra and add whatever he wants, it's not rocket science. He asked for it grilled (It wasn't). My friends got the chicken noodle soup on the side as well. The chicken noodle soup tasted like they dumped a whole tub of salt in it. I ordered the cranberry turkey sandwhich which was tiny, like the size of half of a normal sized sanwhich. I also got the lobster bisque soup which also tasted extremely salty. The lemonade had no flavor of lemon in it, it tasted like water. In the end my boyfriend and I paid over $50 combined for our meals to taste like trash and the customer service was terrible. We waited a long time for food that wasn't worth it and portion sizes that were a joke when compared to the price. Don't waste your money here when you could literally go to subway and get better service and a better tasting meal for a third of the cost.

Ordered and got salads with more then 50% of the ingredients missing When questioned why this happened and watching staff walk our salads back on the line three times I advised I wanted a refund. My soup was cold while waiting. I was told they had to take the whole order back so I told Espy the supervisor to take the order off the table. She took it to the back and proceeded to walk back to the line and make other food. So much more. Do we drive 20 minutes out of our way to the Boca Park location and ordered the same meals. We had a fantastic meal at the Boca Park Zupas. Thank you Jessica and staff for making it worth while driving 20 minutes out our way to get soup.

It has been mentioned before, and I agree, that the time it takes for this location to attend to customers is too long and unacceptable. Once you do get through the line and voice your order it takes an additional 10 minutes to get through the line to check out. I feel like I have to repeat my order three or four times to add the correct items to my tray and remove the items that aren't mine before I was finally cash out. Additionally, it appears to me that since the Covid farce they pay more attention to call out orders than those who are actually in the restaurant. It always appears that they are understaffed and that those who are working are running around and not able to pay complete attention to those in line. I will say that the employees are kind and mean well. The food is also quality and tastes good once you get through the gauntlet. I think that this location could be managed better.
