Just got my sandwich and just based off service alone something told me to check it and of course it was Wrong so not only were the employees rude on the phone and not very caring in person the food wasn't correct.

This location is directly across the street from the CCSN community college campus on west Charleston and was very clean with quick friendly service. As a local I know that not all Capriottis are this diligent so this location is a great find! The Bobbie is their signature sandwich it’s like Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich roll. I like the hot Bobbie but it’s super good cold also. I’ve had their cheese steaks before and those are also a great choice. I love that they have “Wise” brand potato chips from the east coast. I forgot to take a photo of my hot Bobbie until I’d already eaten half the sandwich because it’s so good but you get the picture lol. Definitely check this spot out!

Excellent recommendation from my son who lives in Las Vegas. We picked up three sandwiches from capriottis. A Philadelphia cheese sandwich and two Bobbi's. A Bobbi is a sandwich with thanksgiving style dressing, roasted turkey, and cranberry sauce. We got one cold and one hot. They were delicious. I split one sandwich with my son and was sooooo full I couldn't eat dinner. The cranberry sauce was a little tart and I am not a fan but never the less it was great. I would order it again without cranberry and add gravy. I had no idea it was a chain restaurant. I would recommend this place and the Bobbi sandwich!

I ordered the Bobbie sandwich... it was dry and put together sloppy! I paid a lot of money for this sorry sandwich and will never do that again!!

I called too place an order for pickup they answer the phone like there laughing at something and talking really slow before saying hello . She repeated my order back too me and it was the French dip extra mayo and a side of cranberry sauce and a large Bobby she sounded like not taking my order serious the way she had slow speech. I picked up my order sure enough I didn't get my cranberry sauce and my sandwich was dry no extra mayo the meat was dry also like over cooked not to mention it was very greasy even the bread . I also payed with credit card and got no receipt to prove what I orderd . She repeated my order back to me so I know she had it right but for some reason they didn't give me the cranberry sauce I asked for or extra mayo .I drove all the way home without the cranberry thinking they put it in my bag .it's like why repeat my order but not give me what I orderd il tell ya why because they are to busy laughing and talking while taking my order at the same time . I hope I don't get sick from this sandwich and the French dip sauce was very salty .I will not order from this location anymore unless it's under new management / new workers at the least .

This girl Annie took our order and was sucking on a spoon the entire time she took our order and continued to suck on the spoon as she was making our food. Very unsanitary.
