I’m so disappointed. I ordered a bunch of food which included a homemade turkey sandwich. About halfway through I bit into a bone fragment. Thought I lost a crown it was so big and sharp. Cut some of my gum. Not sure I can trust eating here again. I gave a couple stars because the other food and what I normally order is usually very good.

The food was great. We had the Philly cheesesteak and the turkey and stuff and cranberry one. Both were amazing and they're larges are no joke.

manager is rude, confrontational, and needlessly aggressive. Clerk made a mistake and instead of just fixing it she proceeded to try to prove that asking to purchase a side of stuffing isn't sufficient enough to infant be charged for and receive a side of stuffing.

Not as impressed as when they first opened up. They have added on some extra fee even though it's minimal to the receipt. If you ask to have it removed, they will remove it. Last couple times I had asked for no mushrooms on my cheesesteak because I'm highly allergic to it and there's been mushrooms on my cheesesteak by the time I get home, I realize it and I can't even eat it so I save it for my father for the next day and have to find something else to eat. Very disappointed have not been back since. I've actually switched and been going to Jersey Mike's subs and been having much better service and I only live right down the road. I guess it's what you do for better service.

We’ve gone here twice this year. First time we ordered 3 Phillys, they made 2 Phillys and a turkey sub…. Second time we ordered 2 Capastramis… they made 1… idk what’s going on at this location but they screwed up several other peoples orders in the same day.
