The girl in the front wiped the sandwich cutter off using the edge of the trash can. The lady in the back cooking pulled her to the back and said something to her. Every other time, it's been clean, and the sandwiches were very good. This is why I'm only giving 1 star.

I went to the location on Cheyenne and Rampart on 10/19. The guy behind the counter didn't acknowledge me. Instead he continued his conversation with the guy standing at the table. Once they concluded their conversation. Without so much as a hello. He finally took my order. Before the transaction was completed. Another guy walked in behind me. He was greeted with a hello, I'll be with you in a moment. I felt ignored and invisible. As if I was nobody. My order was wrong on top of everything. But I should be used to it. After all, I'm a black woman. I will NEVER go back. But I'm proud of myself. I behaved like the Lady I am. But I can't shake this off. Just sad.

whoever voted this sandwich shop as nunber one clearly never had a real good sandwich before. even earl sandwich thanksgiving sandwich is 10x better than their #1 wannabe mimic of a cold sandwich. terrrible - heed my warning - get yourself earl sandwich. wayyyy better, not even kiding this is a public service announcement. I got duped so hard on doordash. never again. avoid unless you are truly desperate. Note to self: ALWAYs check yelp before ordering on doordash as doordash is super inflated with positive reviews for any restaurant

Husband got the Bobbie medium sized sandwich (real turkey meat, Cranberry sauce and stuffing) and I got the full size BBQ chicken salad without the BBQ sauce with chipotle ranch dressing on the size. Worth every penny, portion sizes were huge and we could’ve have been more happy. Thankful our Uber driver recommended this place!!
This place had amazing sandwiches, and the customer service was great too! My kiddo made a huge mess (on accident), and they were so friendly and helpful. I was so embarrassed, and it was so nice not to feel completely judged in our situation.Kid-friendliness: Thay are very kid friendly. The only downfall was no changing tables in the bathroom.

This place is amazing we ordered 3 large bobbies and some chicken noodle soup we are taking them home. the capriotti's we had in San Diego closed we were so excited to see one in Vegas for aur stay. The staff in there were awesome. Professional courteous happy we were treated great thank you for the great meal.

The wagyu beef and philli cheese steak are to die for!!! The portions are enormous. Both sandwiches were huge!! A big thank you to Lannisha(hopefully spelt her name right) who was very friendly and helpful. Try them. You can thank me later ?

I came in and I try to use an online combo coupon and it wouldn't work. I place my order anyways I pay I sat down and a guy is sweeping and sweeping all over and around while I'm eating. So unpleasant. Not coming back here for sure.
