Can't go wrong with any sandwich. Seems a bit pricey, but so is everywhere else. Good food.

Super nice staff, but the food is lacking flavor, just plain. Sorry, but I’d rather have Jersey Mikes…

Their sandwiches are fire! We had stumbled upon this place on a trip out to see my mom in Pahrump and on this way, we saw the sandwich shop on the right hand side we decided to pull over and give it a try and we were definitely pleasantly surprised! The ingredients were fresh. The bread was soft. The service was delightful and quick. I couldn't have asked for more on a quick stop on the road.

I ordered two cheese steak sandwiches for pickup. i got home and one of the sandwiches was wrong. I called the store and they wanted me to bring the sandwich back. I just wanted a free sandwich for my next visit and he said they couldn't do it. Very disappointing! They don't know anything about customer service. Shame on Capriotti's!!!

So I generally like Capriotti's but I've had a few bad experiences of late and they're losing me pretty quickly. I was excited to learn that they had begun to offer potatoes and turkey gravy to go along with the Thanksgiving themed sandwich AKA: "The Bobby". I love the Bobby and it's an item that can only be found at Capriotti's but I usually get it to go and have my own gravy to use with it. I was delighted to be able to get my sandwich and the gravy all together until I went in and attempted to order it. The person behind the counter had to ask another employee about the pricing and she came back and told me that for a cup of potatoes and gravy roughly the size of the small options at KFC, Popeye's, Church's etc, would cost nearly $9. That is ridiculous. I think it's a little ridiculous that the aforementioned chicken joints charge $5 for their large size when it's really just instant mashed potatoes and gravy. I don't know if what Capriotti's is offering is instant because there's no way I'm ever paying nearly $9 for a small potatoes and gravy. I could make enough potatoes and gravy from scratch with actual potatoes to feed my entire family and probably a few guests for under $10. You can't blame this on inflation. This is just BS

We have been a fan of Cappriotti for years. We love their sandwiches, so delicious and not dry at all. Employees are always friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is super nice, great decor and always spotless. Our favorite is: “chicken cheese steak “and it is so delicious that we keep coming back over and over again. Yummy! Their sub sandwiches are flavorful, made with award-winning traditional recipes, and fresh ingredients. Always fresh sandwiches at reasonable pricing.Always a go to spot for us when we need a quick bite and of course the food is always a bomb!Highly recommended! Definitely coming back!!

Capriotti’s isn’t my favorite sun shop already, but my fiancé loves a Capastrami and once in a while I break down and agree to choke down one of their sandwiches. It’s not that it’s terrible - it’s that other sub places are better. However, this PARTICULAR shop is horrible! After repeatedly disappointing visits I’m putting my foot down and we are NOT going to this store anymore.I could tell you about the visits in-store where the staff is rude, talking in their phone while working with their EarPods in, or the visit where every table was dirty but the team stood behind the line and never came out to wipe a table (when we were the only two people on the ayote!), but I won’t.I’m going to focus on the most recent experience with a pickup order that wasn’t prepared properly (surprise!) and the pitiful state of their management and corporate leadership that has refused to even respond to a customer complaint. On September 13th we ordered a Capastrami (of course!), a tuna sub, and a brookie. Only the Capastrami was right. They were out of brookies, and they could have subbed out a cookie but they were out of ALL desserts. So they threw a bag of chips in the bag.The tuna was requested specifically to have no oregano - because first I never want this on a sandwich and second, because why would you put oregano on fish and mayonnaise?! One bite in I almost choked on the oregano. Not only did they put oregano on my sandwich - there was SO much it looked to me like they purposely smothered my sub as a joke. It was literally inedible - and I threw it away.I logged on to the app and submitted a request for follow up; I also completed the online survey they sent and requested follow up. I just put $10 directly into the trash can and expected a refund. It was a weekend so I didn’t expect follow up until Monday, but someone at corporate Capriottis reached out Sunday. She was pretty nice and asked for a copy of my receipt, and added a free dessert back on my account. When I provided the receipt as confirmation of my purchase though, things went south. She apologized, but couldn’t provide a refund because this is a Franchise Location. She told me she would send a message to the franchise manager and I’d hear back. After waiting about a week I followed up with email back to Capriottis corporate contact, but never received a response from Jessica. Ignoring the issue made the situation worse, so I sent another follow up on September 27th. This time Jessica responded that she’d follow up with the franchisee again, and this time she’d copy the corporate director. Well nothing has happened yet.So here I am telling you to not visit this store. If you do - don’t order online! Go into the store (be sure to take a wet towel to clean your own table) and make sure that your sandwich is right before you leave. Cross your fingers and hope nothing goes wrong - because no one cares. And of you have some money and looking for an investment - Capriottis must be a great option, because they’re corporate team can’t do anything hold franchisees to standard. Do what you want with their name. It doesn’t seem to matter.

27 dollars for a sandwich I could have had AYCE SUSHI for that price. Beware if you order from them online they do not have prices. I would not have gone if I knew they were so much. No thank you.

Bad service, staff are rude. No one is picking-up the phone for the curbside pick-up, you have to go inside and pick-up your order or else you will gonna wait forever.
