We visited Carlos Bakery during our Vegas visit and left satisfied. Our visit this time was with my kids. We could have gone elsewhere for pastries and coffee that were less expensive, but we wanted to give them the experience of this bakery, so we didn't mind the prices. However, we were disappointed! The bakery has gone downhill from my previous experience. They didn't have coffee ready, the coffee option we ordered was terrible, and the pastries were not as good as before. I guess we paid more for the experience of coming to the bakery than the actual food! The staff weren't rude but also not the best. Only a few people were waiting to order, but it took time since only one staff was available. We will definitely remove it from our list of must-stops in the future. Also, I always thought it would be nice if they had a place to sit and enjoy the pastries.
I can say the service and employees are always super nice and helpful. However baked goods are normal good. Don’t expect it to be the best thing you’ve eaten. Prices are in the higher end, due to popularity of the show and it’s Vegas! I would recommend trying the classics to fulfill your years of watching the show, but I’m not dying to return and repurchase.

As a fan of cake boss, I knew I had to come. It's hidden away at the very end of the venetian and is a bit hard to find. The line was long but went quickly. A slice of cake, however, is around 8 or so dollars. The cake is aggressively mediocre, imagine a store bought generic vanilla cake. You're paying a premium because of the Cake Boss show, but other than that, this cake isn't very memorable. I'd pass on going in the future.

First they gave me the wrong cookies, so I immediately went back and received the correct one. Then once I tasted them, I was disappointed. I bought 1 chocolate chip cookie, 1 peanut butter cookie, 1 snickerdoodle, and 2 chocolate cupcakes. Well...ALL were bland. I couldn't believe it! This place is definitely good for social media pics, but if you want a tasteful dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth...it's a hard no!

Bought carrot cake from Walmart. The cream cheese frosting was rich and flavorful. The cake itself was dry and lacked flavor. Very disappointed. Maybe adding larger pieces of carrot and raisins would help with the moistness.

There a lot of nice place where you can set and enjoy your coffee and sweets, but I referred here and I want to say it is not fresh .never

We used to love going a getting a treat from here when in Vegas. On our last trip, the quality has gone way down. It seems like they have gone with mass produced prepackaged items and gone away with the fresh in house baked goods. We have gone for the last time.

Check your order before you leave! I ordered 2 M & M cookies, and they bagged chocolate chip cookies instead. 2 cutely decorated cupcakes demolished. The girl put them into the cupcake holder containers sideways. Frosting and decorating smashed on side of containers. Lack of training? Everything was handed to me after payment in a bag. Check your order....workers are terrible and cupcakes were deliberately smashed sideways. Who does such a thing.
Cake and dessert are good. It's a little in the seeet side. Nice experience. Super cute bakery.

This was our 3rd visit and it was absolutely horrible. It has gone downhill. The lobster tails were smaller, very crunchy and the filling has been changed from a light and fluffy cream to a thick custard. The cherry and cheese pastry was incredibly dry and had the overcooked taste. We could not even finish eating either one. It was like they were a week old. The staff was very rude as well. There was no line and they rushed us first while choosing our items and then rudely told us where to go stand at the check out. Again there was only one other couple besides us.

Came in early evening for a birthday treat and was very pleased! Got slices of the rainbow cake and strawberry shortcake...both were delish. The cakes were fresh (the strawberries, too!), moist, and not too sweet. The staff was friendly as well. Pricey, but that's to be expected on the strip. I'm very particular about food and atmospheres, but this place deserves the 5 stars

Low stars for low value. My $11 hazelnut tart is literally smaller than my palm.

Everybody was on the phone and nobody was helping me when I had questions. I left unhappy. Not good busyness
