Medium size fries and drink Nov. 28, 2023 6:16 PM on a break looking for a quick fix, LAS Terminal 3, thought I was going to take cold fries not once r twice. Two Mitch cooks in the back very disrespectful to a Woman, cashier was rude. I feed into there foolishness and went back and forth. I ask for a refund they claim to have called the manager! Nope, went home got online made a complaint ask for a refund. Weeks later Got an email from Melissa? Dec 9, 2023, still no refund, Dec 28, 2023 a month later Still Nothing. I emailed again ask for my refund by the end of the Year 2023. Jan 28, 2024, still nothing from these people. What kind of business are you running? Now it’s February and no one has contacted me about this issue. Rude, Disrespectful staff, cold food. Where is my Refund. It’s time for an attorney. Case #91430 is all I have. Don’t eat there, I will tell you Why??? At another time ? Y’all Got the right one pissed ? Would have gotten NO STARS ✨ trifling

They put on way too much mayonnaise and there other sauce on the burger where it was falling off of my burger. It’s disgusting. It’s a damn shame because my husband and I spend 32 dollars on two meals. I won’t be eating here anymore.
