My husband and I went for our anniversary. The food was phenomenal. My husband got the Wagyu steak which was so tender, he could use a spoon to cut it. I had the branzino which was delicious as well. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. I would highly recommend going to Carversteak, you will not be disappointed!

An incredible meal and service. The ribeye with Peppercorn sauce was to die for. If you are Vegetarian, get the Vegan chop as it was incredible for those who don't eat meat. Creativity! Can't wait to go back! Ask for Darius, he likes to be called Marcie! LOLVegetarian options: Creative!

Ambiance was great. Interior was excellent, if a little dark. Service was 100% from start to finish. I had the 18oz boneless ribeye. Cooked medium rare to perfection. Excellent crust. Flavor was great and not a burnt taste as some steaks places have. My wife had the organic roasted chicken. She said it was excellent. And I agreed. Sides were great. Potato gratin again excellent and so were the roasted mushrooms. Crème brûlée to round the meal off. This was one of the best we have had in Vegas. Carver steak is now on the list of places to go to when we want a great dinner out. The staff where attentive but at the right level, not like some restaurants where you feel like your getting bugged every 5 mins. Would absolutely recommend for dinner or a treat.

It’s was an amazing experience! The steak I had was so tender and delicious. The service was exceptional. Our server Justin was perfect. I have celiac and cannot have gluten and I felt comfortable with his recommendations and reassurance that he would let the chef know for my safety. It was my husband’s birthday and he was surprised with a birthday dessert. Food, service and ambience was top notch. It was such a pleasure to dine at Carversteak.Dietary restrictions: Can accommodate for gluten allergies.

A quiet atmosphere that felt friendly not stuffy. We sat in a comfy booth. The glassware for drinks was very nice and complimented our wine and beer selections. Having some good draft beers on the menu was a nice treat for a high end restaurant. The local West Coast IPA was delicious. My wife had the pre fixe menu and it was quite nice with a large shrimp cocktail and a good sized filet that was well prepared. We shared the Brussels sprouts which were very savory with a hint of the hot honey flavor. My yellow tail sashimi was a large portion and nicely flavored. My steak was exactly rare as ordered as well as tender and tasty. The “choose your weapon” options for cutlery was fun and well presented. The knives we chose were of great quality. Meat forward restaurants in Las Vegas are pricey to us folks from Pittsburgh but Carversteak had great value. Definitely would definitely dine there again!

Nice restaurant and great service but the food was average at best. I’ve been to a lot of high end steakhouses and our group of 9 was across the board not thrilled with their steaks. Personally I got the filet and honestly it was so bland and poorly cooked I didn’t finish it. A friend got the bone in filet and had to send it back as there was substantially more bone than filet. Overall very disappointing meal at a high price.

We were there for a group dinner (10 people), I ordered the rib cap with truffle butter. It was delicious. We ordered mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and other dishes for the table and everyone loved it. The only thing I wasn’t pleased about is that they charged for water that comes in a refilled bottle.

Our dining experience fell short of expectations. The initial encounter with an unfriendly hostess set the tone. The music blared loudly in the dining room, making conversation difficult. Our snobbish waiter added to the disappointment. Despite having a valid reservation, we were denied the prix fixe menu. Additionally, there was no bread service, and the food quality was merely mediocre. Considering the prices they charge, this establishment left us dissatisfied.
