Excellent service and food. The staff, I was greeted when I entered the restaurant and my take out order was taken immediately. It was only a short wait for the order. They were very attentive. The food was excellent. Pollo Mole, Best Mexican I have had in Vegas.

My husband and I just had a very lackluster dinner. He ordered the Carne Asada plate. The steak was definitely not carne asada and bland. I ordered the wet Chile Colorado burrito. It was like a pot roast wrapped in a tortilla. Who puts potatoes, carrots, and celery in chile Colorado?! The sauce is also pale and lacked a true chile flavor. We definitely won't be back! (Our server was great!)

The waiter was efficient and friendly. When departing the restaurant, he quickly caught up with me to give me my phone which I had left at the table. Great professional staff, ? great food. Can't ask for anything more.

The food was excellent four stars because it is slightly Americanized but I think it's a good thing for real Mexican food is spicy AF! The service was excellent, Ask for Francesca (see picture)... It's a real dining experience you do not feel rushed to leave, we had to leave because as always I have to hit the gym at night..This is an authentic Mexican restaurant at Tropicana and Pecos between KFC and McDonald's... What I love the most is that this restaurant is probably LESS EXPENSIVE then KFC or McDonald's but you get to take your time and really enjoy true authentic Mexican food... Make sure to point at the items on the menu as the combinations sometimes add super salad without you knowing... There's also a full bar adequately named The cantina... And it really feels like visiting your uncle or auntie from Tijuana :-)

Despite the fact that they didn't have the daily special I wanted to order (chapala chicken), the food was delicious. I had chicken enchiladas with green sauce. Generous portion, filled with chicken, sides of beans and rice, lettuce & tomato. Delicious margheritas.

The food is great! I moved here from California and have been trying mexican restaurants all over Vegas that are like the ones back home and as far as food goes, this is very close! Unfortunately the service is definitely lacking which kind of made for a mostly unpleasant experience. We ordered one margarita and It took at least ten minutes for us to get it and the 2 waters we ordered with it didn't come. We ended up having to have the busser grab them. It took about 20 minutes for our order to be taken and the family that got sat after us had their order taken first(it was just my husband and I at our table). We sat right by the kitchen and saw plate after plate getting put in the window while one waitress and her son who also works there stood and chatted with a table near us for 10+ minutes while our waitress ran around and struggled to get all her plates out. It seemed like the workload was mostly on our waitress while others just stood around. We didn't get asked for refill on our waters the whole time and the waitress added up our bill incorrectly(which was caught by the host up front) I'm really hoping this was just a bad night but after reading other reviews it seems the service has been an issue. I really hope management can change this because I really want to like this place
