We planned on having a steak dinner at Joe's, but couldn't get a table last minute, so we decided to try the Chart House. We should have done that much sooner! We had an amazing surf and turf dinner, the wine menu gives you lots of options and our server Kiara was a delight! We tried the Creme Brule options for desert and the classic Vanilla version was a clear winner. We didn't care much for the orange or strawberry version.Obviously the fish tank was a huge plus. So interesting to watch.Only downside of our visit was the hostess. She didn't seem to like her job. Didn't smile once and was very harsh when I asked for directions to the bathroom.Other than that I would absolutely recommend this restaurant.

We came by for Happy Hour. Word to the wise: Get there when it opens. The bar filled up quickly. They offer $7 Tito’s and Tanqueray and for an extra buck, turn them into martinis. $8 Tanqueray martinis are hard to find in Vegas. We had a variety of snacks including lettuce wraps, nachos, sliders and calamari. All were delicious. If I had to choose one, I would choose the calamari though. The bartender was great and the huge aquarium above the bar was a big plus.

Had drinks at Chart House bar. Great cocktail and service with awesome aquarium view as background. A great place to take a break while downtown.

Inside Golden Nugget casino near Rush Tower check in.Great atmosphere in dining room with views of aquarium, can get a little fishy though no aroma detected.Ordered "de Tour Shrimp" 9 shrimp prepared 3 different ways. Order a side and its enough to split with another diner.Reservations for Booth recommended.Guide booklet for fish species identification available from Reservation DeskAlso, restaurant offers Happy Hour on first come first served basis.

Beautiful restaurant in the Golden Nugget Hotel. Gorgeous floor to ceiling aquarium. We had the oysters on the half shell, king crab & prime rib. It was excellent as was our service. Sharon was our server and she was wonderful. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed this entire experience. The service was top notch, the atmosphere was warm and relaxing, and the food...delicious! The Kim Chi calamari is a must try! We will be back to dine here our next Vegas visit.

Our server Sharon was fantastic. Great calamari and prime rib. We were there celebrating just renewing our vows. We were having a really great time until we supplied two $100 gift cards to apply on our bill. They were digital gift cards. When our server came back with our bill, we were instantly treated differently. It was so weird and odd feeling. They said one of our gift cards did not work and rather than double checking to make sure the number was correct, the just ran our credit card and told us that there’s nothing they can do about the card not working that it had a zero balance. I called the number for the gift card and there was $100 so we asked the manager, Mark Holley to rerun it. He was very annoyed and acted like we were going to run off without paying the remainder (even though he had ran it all on our credit card already) He was one of the rudest managers ever. I was in the serving industry myself for twenty years and I would have checked to make sure the number was correct, talked to the customer, and a simple apology like, sorry I’m not sure what’s going on with this card. Guess what?! When he reran the gift card it worked. He was back to our table in one to two minutes and told us it worked but he had to force it. Maybe he should have tried that to begin with. He was rude and should honestly retire if you can’t have a little patience to look into something a little further. He told me that he paid attention to our table and commented on my wine by telling me good choice on the sweet wine. I was drinking Merlot which of course is not sweet. It was generic customer service that sadly changed our experience . Our server was great the entire time, it was only the managers rude impatience that caused a change in the dining experience.

The ambience is nice. I ordered Tour de Shrimp. It was OK, but all shrimp seemed to be overcooked. Wife order Specialty Plate, that included Tempura Lobster. She was aware everything on the plate was fried, but this is the worst fried seafood we have ever attempted to eat. The batter was very thick, crisp on the outside and soggy in the middle. It was overly salty and peppered. It was the worst fried seafood we have eaten. This an approximate $100 meal wasted. Again, ambience and service was good. Food was subpar at any price and terrible at Chart House price.

It was ok! Burger was really good from what I understand but I had to seafood combination with the fried lobster. Wasn't that tasty to me fries amazing drink was on point, but I would've ordered something different though.
