This is a must place to visit to try prefixed Brunch. Delicious pastries, charcuterie’s board and juicy tender steak with Bellini or mimosa. And to finish with sweet treat like gelato or cannolis. The portions are huge.Chef Bruno and his staffs are so attentive and generous. We will definitely visit in every visit to Vegas.

Great quick cheap food. Perfect if you’re staying at the Ahern. Waiters/Service were polite stand on time. Menu is awesome as well, everything you’d want for Breakfast especially if you’re visiting on business. Large spread out seating. Wi-Fi Works great in here as well.

This is THE BEST Italian restaurant I've ever been to! I stayed in a Hilton hotel nearby, which honestly isn't a good place because it's far from the center of the strip. However, the proximity to this restaurant is a pleasant surprise. During our 4-day stay at the Vegas, we came here twice and were impressed both times. They have exceptional service. We could feel that all people working here are more than truly enthusiastic on the restaurant and the food they provide. They insist on using the very fresh ingredients, and even use home-made pasta. Every single element of the food (pasta, bread, sauce, steak, seafood, cheese plate, fruit, wine, gelato, etc) is exceptional. The second time we came here, we ordered the 4-course Italian Breakfast Adventure for two. This was so amazing - they have much more than we could possibly consume and also inexpensive ($40 per person). We will definitely come back if we're nearby next time.

The Food! The Food! The Food! The staff was delightful as well! Located in a nice venue. You could close your eyes and pick something and still be very happy with what you chose! Cudos to the Chef

We were looking for a quiet romantic dinner in Vegas without breaking our wallets and came across this place - the food was absolutely delicious. I had the chicken Parmesan and my boyfriend had the short rib lasagna and they were both incredible. Absolutely worth the prices.

This place is amazing, Chef Mark and his team were amazing, they kept making sure that we had everything set on our table and both dinner and the breakfast were amazing. The place is beautiful For a wedding venue or even for gatherings. "Chef Mark even came to our table to tell us more about the dish we were getting" Don't leave Las Vegas without getting a meal from this place!!!

Excellent food and impeccable service. The pasta was homemade in house, the tomatoes grown in the garden on site, and the recipes were authentic. The kitchen has an open concept and we were even welcomed by the entire kitchen staff upon walking in. Our servers were very professional and attentive. The manager came to our table after dinner and engaged in a nice conversation about the resort and plans for the future. Would definitely recommend - can't wait to come back!

*Disclaimer - this restaurant is located in the smaller, Ahern hotel, which is non-gambling hotel. Just follow the signs/take the elevator down to get to the restaurant, don't let the location put you off! Been here twice - the first time as a guest for someone's birthday. Someone in the party knew the chef, so we were treated to a delicious, personal chef's tasting menu. All of the food was delicious. Chef Marc was there and explained the dishes and how everything was prepared/any stories behind particular dishes. Additionally, he gave us a tour of the the second floor, telling us about his plans for the space. Second time around, I took my family here for my birthday dinner celebration. Unfortunately Chef Marc wasn't there, but our server, who's name now slips my mind, was great. He was friendly, personable, and offer us suggestions on the food. They also have on of those robot servers that bring some of the food out - how fun. I hope to return again, perhaps to try their brunch! :D

Went on my first night in Vegas, and then returned two more times in the same week -- if I had had time I'd have gone back again! Delicious food and friendly service. See you next year! Thanks :)

A very unique experience We made a reservation on Yelp (thank you Yelp) - I love this feature! We parked for free in the garage of the Ahern Hotel, which was a nice bonus! This portion of the hotel was a complete ghost town, especially for a Saturday evening. We were the only people walking around besides the security guard. We arrived to the restaurant about 15 minutes prior to our reservation and checked in. The hostess mentioned "you are way to early" and had us stand outside the restaurant. About 5 minutes later she asked us to sit at the bar and wait - since we were not having a cocktail we declined and stayed outside the restaurant. Again, approximately 5 minutes later she did the same. She again suggested that we order drinks at the bar, which we again declined. Finally, slightly after our reservation time she mentioned that she was ready for us. As we were walking in she suggested for a third time for us to eat at the bar. When we declined she proceeded to take up to a table. The restaurant was not busy - only a handful of tables. I imagine they are understaffed like many businesses at this time and completely empathize. We didn't mind waiting, but I'm not a fan of eating a full meal at a bar - especially if I'm not drinking. Our server was very bubbly, but tried upselling us on everything. My husband's chicken parmesan was delicious! The breading had a delicious seasoning and the sauce was flavorful. I had the chicken marsala. I got the vibe that it was sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The plate was super hot, the marsala sauce had separated and the pasta had an odd texture. I truly feel like this place has potential, but was a bit off tonight.

THIS WAS AN EXCEPTIONAL DINING EXPERIENCE! I took my honey to Chef Marc's restaurant to celebrate his 39th birthday and we both decided to order the Chef's tasting. It was a multi-course meal and because we have no preferences or dietary restrictions, we allowed the chef to choose what he served us. We were seating at a high-top counter facing the open kitchen, and the dishes came in a very timely manner with about 5-10 minutes in between courses. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING, my particular favorites were the mushroom risotto, the branzino, and the carrot cake! I have been dining with Chef Marc for about decade, all the the way back to when his restaurant was called Parma and located off Buffalo and Washington. He was unfortunately out for the evening, but his staff was top notch. Hats off to his sous chef and team!!! The food was delicious, of course, but the service and conversation was even better! Thank you for a wonderful experience. If you're looking for authentic and FRESH Italian cuisine, please give Chef Marc's Trattoria a visit!

Our favorite restaurant in Las Vegas, tucked into the Ahern Hotel. Relaxing ambiance.and food that never fails to impress! We started with garlic bread and an appetizer of “Utica Greens”. The garlic bread was perfectly crispy crusted, with a buttery garlic and cheese that perfectly paired with the Utica greens, a delicious appetizer of sautéed escarole, cheese and breadcrumbs, and a little kick of hot peppers. We opted for #2”heat” - just enough spice to enhance the flavor without burning the tastebuds. Then we moved to the main course - I had chicken parmigiana- a huge, lightly breaded cutlet in a delicious red sauce with what seemed to be several different cheeses which just enhanced the very tender and juicy chicken. The side of pasta was perfect as well. Unlike so many restaurants that plop “naked” pasta on a plate and top with a little sauce, this portion was evenly tossed in sauce and cooked al dente. My husband had the riggies with sausage in a red sauce. The portion was large with an excellent sausage. We finished the meal with an amazing dessert of cheesecake and homemade chocolate and vanilla gelato. The cheesecake is one of my favorites, but I’ve got to say, the chocolate gelato was so rich and creamy, it was difficult for me not to lick the plate clean - lol! Service was excellent! We never once had to flag the waitstaff for water or ice tea refills. The wine list is impressive. Yet, despite a very nice crowd, every time we’ve been there, no one hovers over your table as if to hurry you along. This time we saw a large party celebrating a birthday, several groups of business people, and definitely many couples. The ambiance is very relaxing, and while there’s background music, it’s not so loud you have a hard time carrying on a conversation. All in all a lovely spot to dine.

Authentic Italian cuisine right off the strip. The most important part of any pasta joint is ensuring that the noodles are fresh and cooked properly. I'm happy to report that the noodles were not over cooked and they didn't skimp out on the portions. They provided complimentary bread as well! I was able to customize the penne alla vodka with chicken and asparagus. The egg plant parmigiana was also a hit. Check this place out if you're looking for good food that doesn't break the bank.

Excellent breakfast choices and options! Interesting decor! Value pricing for the flavor compared to what little you receive elsewhere nearby for similar or higher prices. Will be back many times!!!

Tucked secretly within the Ahern is Chef Marc's Trattoria. My husband cancelled our original Valentine's Day plans to take me to a 5 course dinner, won through a local radio station. Honestly, I was pretty upset because I thought he was going to take me to a simpler place, and also save taking me to an intimate dinner! I was so blown away by Trattoria, the staff, the Chef and location that I apologized for being a little grumpy, because Trattoria is AMAZING!!! We were able to reach our destination pretty quick after work, and we parked our car in their free parking garage, and followed the signs to the restaurant. When you enter the Ahern to walk into Trattoria, you get to see a huge bar setup, which looks really cool because you feel like the main event will be focused on you! We checked in since he won the dinner, and we were told to sit at the bar and the event would begin quickly. We sat down, and we were brought water, and offered wine. We noticed right away the huge kitchen and the chefs, and cooks working hard to get our event going. Chef Marc immediately greeted everyone he was running into, his chefs were also very friendly and concentrated on our menu. Chef Marc let us know that we were in for a treat since they thought up an exclusive menu to treat the couples with, and advised us that we'd be having some of the best shrimp and beef we'd ever have. We started a little after 6 o'clock, which is when we were told the event would begin. We started with Cheese baguettes, a simple potato leek soup which had just this amazing flavor. We tried their homemade ravioli bergese with cream sauce and fresh sage, amazing! Our surf and turf featured Piedmontese beef, and our desert was a custom made sweethearts emphasis desert which had fresh meringues, fresh strawberries and fresh gelato. Out entire experience at Chef Marc's trattoria was phenomenal, unforgettable, and also amazing. Well be back for another date night maybe! We will all maybe have a custom menu like we did that night! Chef Marc's is a must try experience if you're in the mood for date night, private events, or some amazing foo
