It took over 25 minutes to get a DoorDash order for just two medium lemonades. I had to wait at pick up while staring at the drinks near the register as many others received their order before mine. Someone that was on break had to ask if i had been helped and then went to tell someone. They acted like they had to make a new fresh drinks before giving me the two premade ones near the register pickup area. The drinks were already melted and tasted like water..

Another Chick-fil-A in Vegas and at a very convenient location between Southwest and Summerlin. Food is great, prices reasonable, and staff so nice. I got better service here than at many expensive restaurants and tipping not even expected.

This place consistently gets your order wrong and their management is trash. Both the assistant manager Wyatt and the short female manager are very snarky, rude, and unhelpful. For a christian establishment, this company sure lacks humanity.

Drive through: drive up, pick a lane, they have kind staff waiting there outside to take your order. That’s how they keep those lines moving. Order w one person, drive on to pay to the next person. Wait a few minutes and they bring your delicious food. Genius. I usually get the Cobb salad and substitute grilled nuggets instead of the breaded chicken. Spicy deluxe is another go to. And they have DIET Dr Pepper. BONUS. Love this CFA, about 5 minutes from my house.
I'm not sure why they don't open till six but you know a lot of folks go to work at 6/utility workers gonna be nice to get Chick-fil-A on the way in so I think you're missing out on Business or are you just do that? Well VA Business you don't have to cater the folks at work early morning.
