Typical Vegas food court food. Not too special, over priced. Worked in a pinch on Easter Sunday after we found out everything is closed. Mac and cheese a little over cheesey. The GC original chicken is too dry. Salad was serviceable but expensive. Fries probably tasted the best overall. Line was long for 6 people ahead and it took over 45 minutes to get through the order and get the food. I would say pass on by if you could.

The chicken and bacon were overcooked. The chicken didn't taste fresh whatsoever. The sauces were over priced for tasting like garbage ie the ranch and buffalo. The service was trash. So overhyped and I definitely don't recommend this place to no one.

Service was friendly, no one was in line when we arrived so we ordered asap and got our food in a few minutes. The hot honey was really good. Loved the coleslaw in it but it gets a bit messy with the sauce dripping & the bun can get soggy but really tasty.

Satisfied. Chicken & sauces were good. Fries were seasoned well. Only gave it a 3️⃣/5️⃣ just because it's not much different than any other chicken joint.

We ordered room service from the chicken guy and it took an hour to get to our door. The manager did not make any apologies for the lateness of the service and seemed annoyed that we had called. We tried to ask how long the food would be after 45 mins using the chat function of the app, only to get no response. There is no number to call the restaurant directly, and we were left to track the number down through Caesar’s palace. Terrible service with mediocre food. Not worth the time or money.

Why are Guy’s restaurants so awful? This is the second time I’ve eaten at a different “Guy” restaurant and had to throw the food away. It’s covered witb heavy spices which is fine if they are good. It tastes like spices you’d eat at an Indian restaurant. Despite a simple chicken sandwich being $18 it all got thrown out it was so bad.

Trash chicken and overall gross. That “Guy” must be kidding. He will eat anything put in front of him apparently…

Extremely, extremely, extremely slow. Many people standing around talking. Finally when I was waited on, I was cut off mid order asking if that was all. Angel was the only one that seemed to care about service and stepped right in. Food was on point and did not disappoint. Work on the service

I just had the most delicious hot chicken tenders! They seemed freshly made, and I loved the fried pickles with the buttermilk ranch. Our server, Ari, was incredibly helpful. As a Diamond Plus member, it was my first time using the free drink option, and she explained everything to me patiently. I definitely recommend this place for an evening bite. I arrived late from traveling and this restaurant was perfect for dinner while staying here at Caesars.

Food was actually pretty tasty and the service was good.. The atmosphere was a food court so a bit noisy but I would have to say chicken was a definite do it again fast food place, I will go to go back to...

Ordered the hot honey sandwich. It was described as Nashville hot chicken. It was not, tasted like plain chicken tenders that I thought were slightly over cooked. French fries were good but awfully short in the actual size of the fries. I wanted to try this place but would not go back.

I recently visited Chicken Guy at Caesars Palace and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink, and was shocked to discover that the total cost was a whopping $31. The price alone is absolutely absurd for such basic items. To make matters worse, the food was utterly disgusting. The sandwich was cold and unappetizing, the fries were limp and flavorless, and the drink was nothing to write home about. The overall quality of the meal did not come anywhere close to justifying the exorbitant price.I would strongly advise against wasting your hard-earned money at Chicken Guy. The value for what you receive is abysmal, and the taste is simply not worth it. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this establishment.Guy Fieri needs to pay attention for his franchise !

I had the hot honey Nashville sandwich. Yes, it was tenders on a bun, but they were crispy on the outside juicy on the inside. The toppings were flavorful. It was a great fast food sandwich, even though it did take a little while to get. I'd go there again for sure.

Food was way overpriced, chicken dry and overcooked. There was so little sauce I went up to ask for mayo and it took 3 workers to finally tell me they were out. Fries had way too much salt and seasoning. It was just a mall-like food court and it was dirty, but it wasn’t ad dirty as the workers. $26 for sandwich, fries and drink. Not impressed at all.
