Service is always good at Chili's now I only have one problem with my food and my waitress took care of it right away they kept bringing me out chips my chips were overcooked the cheese was overcooked so when I went to eat it it was like it was unedible but she made sure that it was taken care of and she brought me out some queso and she made it up with her kind smile and I was satisfied thank you Chili's

Ordered the 3 for Me promotion that comes with the entree, starter and drink. Ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Baked Potato Soup, and a Mango Iced Tea ($10.99). The soup wasn't very hot. A few notches above luke warm. The chicken sandwich was very hot and freshly made. I just wish it was seasoned more as it was rather bland. The fries were overly seasoned and way too salty. Had to use my napkin to scrape some salt off. At least the iced tea was refreshing and not overly sweet. You pay at the table which is great for those who worry the server will run off and skim your credit card or when you're in a hurry to leave and the server is nowhere to be found to ask for the check.

I like this Chili's location. I've eaten dinners here several times in the last year on visits to Las Vegas. The staff are friendly, and very responsive to customer needs. Service is fast, the food tastes good and is nicely presented with generous portions. I usually get the 3-for-Me cheesebuger. This is $10.99 and includes a small salad or bowl of soup, and a soft drink; an excellent value nowadays for under $15 including tip. CAUTION: If you are driving south on Rainbow Blvd, turn into the driveway BEFORE you pass the Macaroni Grill. If you miss that driveway, DO NOT turn onto the street just past the Macaroni Grill, as this is a freeway on-ramp that does not let you get into the shopping center parking lot where the Chili's is.Parking: It's a large shopping mall, the parking lot has plenty of spaces.

So me and fiancée went to have a little lunch while the kid were at school on Friday afternoon. I had the chicken pasta, and he had the ribs combo. The food was not good at all. The pasta was hard, tasted like a microwave TV dinner, ribs were baked and reheated the sauced. The chips and salsa wasn't even good, the salsa had no taste to it at all. The only thing good with our trip to chili's was the customer service. Our server was great, she was very attentive to us. I felt bad for her bc the 3 ladies they put in the booth behind us were mouthy, loud and running this poor girl back n forth, back n forth. They actually complained about salt and pepper and why it's not at the table....

Fast, consistent, inexpensive. I love coming here when I want to eat out without breaking the bank. This particular Chili's busy and there usually is a wait but you can sit at the bar. (Sitting at the bar saved us a 15 minute wait). We both had the 3 for me (if one person orders the chips there's then the other scores an extra app.) The classic margarita is a drink choice. Two of us got out of there with tax and 22% tip for $50. The bar tender was very nice and provided prompt service (hense the 22% tip)

This Chili's Grill & Bar location has been there for around 10+ years, at least... and I must say that in it's earlier years, I definitely enjoyed it a bit more.So I visited this location a few days ago & the employees were kind / had decent customer service skills etc. - But, they just were really quick with every interaction we had with each other... so I couldn't get a word in if I tried......but really though, the main thing I did not like that they just changed within' the last 2 er' 3 years, was their overall price... in general... cause it wasn't just a few items they raised the price on etc. Nah'... EVERYTHING seems to have been boosted up in price.Any way... that just got under my skin, place seems overpriced now... their food tasted good though! LOL!...

This was the second time in many, many years that one of my sons, his family, and I went to for a quick dinner! I'm sure it is an acquired taste when you go to a new restaurant. Dinner was good, yet not an Olive Garden!Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access!

I ordered Cajun pasta with shrimp and hamburger. The shrimp were so small that I had a hard time finding them on the plate. The pasta was lukewarm and under done. Apparently, it's not difficult for these guys to screw up a hamburger. My stomach keeps reminding me of what a bad choice it was to eat in this place. You're better eating any place else but here.
