We ordered three bowls last night 1 Chicken Pastor burrito bowl 1 Asada Burrito bow and 1 Vegan Burrito Bowl. The two bowl made with meat must have been bad because ive been throwing up not stop since abt 1:30 am and others have the runs I have no real idea what couldve been qrong with the plate but it was all I ate yesterday and I am still throwing up

This location has went down hill..it used to be a vibrant location, the service was fast, food was good. Families eating.Now the place is ALWAYS filthy. The lobby was disgusting, every customer that walked in knew with the ten people in line they were going to wait 30 minutes. The employees don't seem happy, neither do the guests. It's really sad, and chipotle doesn't have open management positions on their website.Employees handle money and don't change gloves, the trash cans overflowing, the line is filthy, items flowing into the other containers. They just left a bag of napkins, and a container of forks. The place where the utensils go is being used for trash.It's really sad to see this place go so downhill.If you guys need a strong leader to bring this store back to it's former glory I'd be happy to. I hate to see this place like this, and there's no close Chipotle otherwise I and others would go for sure.

This is the most disappointing Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The counter where they prepare your meal was covered in old food, the meat looked like it had been sitting for days, the lettuce was literally brown and wilted, and the staff told me everything was “normal” when I voiced these concerns. Hopefully this location will learn to step up its standards to meet Chipotle fans’ expectations moving forward.

I do enjoy the food and the location because it’s 5 mins from my home however, the service is extremely slow. They need to have at least 2 people working the line because it can get backed up very quickly.

Just placed an order spent 40 bucks and my order is missing half the stuff? No corn, no salsa, barely any lettuce and it was extra watery. Please update your damn website if you are running out of ingredients, so i can buy food from somewhere else. And i already know management isnt going to do anything about this because they dont care about the customer. 40 bucks i had to throw away. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!

Placed an Uber eats order and I was missing half of the items including sour cream cheese and guacamole that costs extra thanks for ruining my dinner chipotle.

Ordered by Door Dash $72 worth of food, 2 bowls, one burrito and one taco. I guess since I couldn't see what they put in the order they could short me. One bowl was to have Sofritas they were invisible. The other bowl was to have extra chicken which did a disappearing act too. No chicken or guacamole in the burrito either. Won't order again unless I can see what I ordered.

These employees are excellent. It’s clear this is a busy location and that lunch rush happened and everyone is hard at work. There is a customer that is rudely jumping in to attempt to clean, cause a scene, etc. However, Alexis, the hard working employee cleaning the lobby does not let that impact her. I am very impressed by this location and Alexis especially being a speed machine with cleaning and professionalism in face of others behavior. Go Alexis and go team!

Pretty much the worse chipotle we’ve ever been too. Rice was hard, steak was gross, there was 3 hairs in my bowl!! I don’t live here, even if I did I wouldn’t go back.

The staff assisting the customers are super slow. A young man working could barely walk because his pants were so low. The food area was very dirty. I ordered a barbacoa burrito, and it was extra salty. The chicken bowl hand no flavor. This location used to be amazing. It's sad to see its current condition. Management needs to do better.
