Food selection was typical of a fast food restaurant and was well prepared, but the service was very slow.

I ordered online and while I know it’s not their fault it arrived late, should have checked that there missing items in what they sent. I was missing the asado siopao and siomai in my order but I was billed for them. No way to contact them. I left two voicemails and I’m hungry.

Food and drink was already in a bag not tied up. When I arrived the employee started tying up the bag of food and then taped over my soda on front of me. I am the paying customer and I put an order for me to pick up my own food. I did not appreciate how I was treated by the employees. What if I needed extra condiments? The lady who grabbed my order for me was extremely rude. and she ignored me when I told her she didn't need a tape up my soda. Since I am the paying customer who put it in order for pickup not in order for delivery. I think the employees need to be educated that doordash customers can order for delivery or they can order to pick up their own food and the employees should automatically regardless of who is picking up the food provide better customer service. Now that I am at home and I am eating my food, I can say that this food is very average. you have to season it up to get any flavor out of it. Not exactly worth my money and time to get there and pick up my food. The portions are small and are not like the photos. Be careful ordering from here.

I love Chowking! But this Chowking no good . Customer service bad no smile or greet from the employee. Even the manager . Worse manager ever don't know how to handle good customer service. Better to go to jollibee or red ribbon .

Love Chowking! This place is consistently fantastic, and it has become my go-to spot whenever I'm in the area. The siopao is exceptionally well-steamed and just perfect. The noodles and taho evoke the authentic taste of home from the Philippines. It's like a delicious trip down memory lane with every bite. The flavors are spot-on, and the quality is unmatched. If you're craving Filipino comfort food that tastes just like home, Chowking is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Pinoy breakfast satisfied! Tried the tocino(Filipino ham) and fried boneless bangus(milkfish-Philippine's National fish). It came with a vinegar, chili and garlic dip with fried rice, not sure if garlic rice since I don't taste any garlic hence I called it FR. Rice serving is a bit too small for the price taking away 1 star, because rice is LIFE! Seating area is simple and just plain, but works well.

The food and the serve are awesome. It was fast and delicious. The chicken, siomai, and bangus definitely taste like home.

Bought frozen sio bao to take home to Canada. They had a promotion buy 6 get 1 free. I bought a six-pack large asado pork sio bao $21. Very pricey but we know the quality of their buns is top notch. We were able to bring them back home and put them in the freezer right away. The restaurant is fast food style Filipino and Chinese fusion restaurant. Great family environment. Th restaurant is located inside the Seafood City plaza.

food is way overpriced.they treat the poor people very horribly, and when i approached the manager about how the treatment and discrimination were of the poor people that were waiting for thier order. the manager just laughed at me and then called security to kick me out of the store!i explained to security that i am a guest who just spent over $100 with a receipt, and security didn't do anything, which made the manager more angry at me.if someone is buying food, then they are a customer and deserve to be treated like a human, not like a dog, like what the manager and the workers were doing.i am a white male, and i speak tagalog, so i know they were calling the homeless people and the blacks a lot of racist names in tagalog, and that is very disrespectful!if they can't speak it in english, then they shouldn't be saying it in tagalog!this place is very different from the chowking in the Philippines.

I've been told this is a Filipino staple so I wanted to try it. I wasn't real familiar with the menu and probably needed some help or explanation to order. I ordered lumpia to try, and the manager actually gave me a few extra because I think he saw I was uncertain about what to order. I found that to be great service and very caring. A first time customer but they treated me like family.
