I believe they changed their name, to Fortune. When It was Chubby Boy, this was my favorite go to for Chinese food because it was the closest I could get to LA style Chinatown food. Vegas is NOT known for having the best Chinese Food, not like The Bay Area or NY. LA comes 3rd. The Pork Bellie, just fantastic. One of the best I've had. Salt N Pepper Squid, AMAZING but inconsistent, but when it's done right it's just a party in your mouth. What I have noticed are the portions, they are not the same as it was before. Will I come back, of course.

Duck was amazing . My husband loves it and will come back for more. Chow fun has no flavor and salted fish fried rice is bland. Maybe I ordered it to go. Usually tasty. Will try next time. The service was very confusing it took three people to get my order. Places very clean and extended their dining perfect for big parties. Parking is very tight.

I think they change the ownership, it's now called Fortune , but on the receipt still says Chubby boy bbq. Menu is basically the same. But price increases about 10-15%. Food quality was not as good as before. Don't order the beef rolls, outside of the beef roll used to be nice and crispy like green onion pancake, the order I got today, looks uncooked and tasted starchy.

They lost the best chef to Chow at Caesar now the food is not that good. I wish they bring her back and pay her alittle better

In order of what I loved the most, my top 3 dishes are: 75 eggplant, 33 boiled fish, and 63 praised pork. You’ll never go wrong with braised pork belly, but it’s not a standout dish here. For appetizers, I tried the scallion pancakes and the fortune beef burrito, both delicious.65 is American Chinese food with sweet and sour sauce. They did a good job but don’t go for this. Same with the chicken wings, a very mild spice breading at least made them distinct from American style.Included a picture of the teapot because I love it and the tea was good. Almost forgot to photograph the eggplant because I was eating too fast.

The half of the duck i got for my order was all bone. Barely any meat. Good thing they tried to fix the issue. Make sure you watch them cut it up. Otherwise I wouldnt recommend it

I have been to this restaurant several times prior and visited again this Thanksgiving and the food was horrible. The roast duck was thin and dry. The won ton soup was nowhere to the taste level from previous visit in early 2023. The salt pepper pork chops were too salty, the pan fried special noodles were below average. The tofu with veggies was ok, but not to expectations. Something has changed in the kitchen staff as the food preparation is not up to par and very disappointing. Spent over $100 and not worth the value as the food I rate as 3 out of 10.

Good food and fast service! Need to get the roasted pork and peking duck! Not sure how busy it get during normal dinner time, went there late afternoon, didn't have to wait to get a table for 6.
