Location in the map is incorrect. The address itself is correct but the pin in the map is wrongly located in the Venetian - actually it is located in the Excalibur. Suggest to check the correct addresses in the Cinnabon website

Always excellent, the area just lacks being highlighted a little, but the calm is appreciable.

The woman that waited on us was horribly rude and dismissive. There wasn’t a single person in line and you would have thought us ordering two buns was the worst thing that ever happened to her. Whoever runs this establishment should find out what the problem is because their wait staff is obviously miserable. After dealing with that awful person we went to Krispy Kreme in the same area and they were so very nice and helpful. No matter how yummy the buns look, it’s not worth the headache of going there. Just walk on over to KK.

When I asked for the last four cinnamon centres she was super rude and snotty. Then when I went to pay my card declined twice and then approved on the third try. She asked if I had another card I said no because it approved and she promptly took the bags away and went to the back to clean. When I told her to approved she argued with me and then I said she was rude and she started yelling at me that I was a f***ing b**ch. Would not recommend go anywhere else because the customer service is terrible.

Absolutely horrid experience at this "establishment." Firstly, the clerk at the front was extremely rude and patronizing. When I asked the price of an item, she stated: "I don't know, $3 or something, check the menu."Anyone that responds in such a manner should not be working there nor in any customer service position frankly. After receiving such a response, I smiled and ask for two churros. My eyes fell on a cluster of cookies that looked beyond delicious. So I asked for three of them, after glancing at the menu and observing that each was $3.49. Expensive for such small cookies but it is Vegas afterall. After I paid, I looked at the receipt and noticed that I was charged $6.99 for each cookie. Yes, each cookie. I've attached a picture of my receipt to prove this. I challenged the clerk and she claimed through some absurd logic that each cookie represents two counts, not one?? I said even if that is the case, it is $6.49 for two counts, not $6.99. She then claimed that is tax, but obviously it's not as the tax is calculated at the end. She then suddenly blurted out that if I think she'll take the cookies back, she won't, as if I'm the one trying to swindle her.I called her a thief and left. There was a security guard that watched the entire interaction and did nothing.Avoid this establishment at all costs.

Terrible customer service. Rude cashier that doesn’t even know the prices, they just tell you “I don’t know check the menu”. The menu is also deceiving and doesn’t reflect the actual prices. Don’t go here, go to Krispy Kreme instead.

Average -- good enough -- cinnamon role (made on site with average quality ingredients). When politely told she'd shorted me in making change (really, just basic math), the clerk became snarky -- but did return the correct change. Rude clerk = no return business.

Over the years I have been to many Cinnabons restaurants. However this one takes the cake. There was a crowd of people waiting in line to be served by the girl behind the counter who was busy making Cinnabons. After standing there for about 5 minutes, we asked her if we could have some help. She told us all that it was going to be another 5 minutes. Then a guy came up front from the back, washed his hands and we all thought he was going to wait on us. He instead never even looked at the counter or at any of the customers. He instead just opened up the case and took out some old cinnamon rolls, and proceeded to just talk to the girl that was telling us it would be only 5 minutes. After we had stood there some additional time, we decided that we were going to go to a place that gives good service which was the Krispy Kreme donut shop which was also in the same food court. The service at the Cinnabon restaurant was so bad, that if I owned that restaurant, I would have fired all three employees that were in the back. They not only didn't take care of the line of customers but lost business for the owner. Everyone That had been in line at Cinnabons, went over to the Krispy Kreme restaurant in the same food court. Over there, a nice lady actually took care of all the customers quickly and efficiently with a smile on her face. I feel sorry for the owner of that Cinnabon restaurant, as it appears when the cats away, the mice play.

The lady behind the counter on 30th October at 11:30am was extremely rude and appeared drunk / didn’t seem fit for the job when serving us. She screamed at us randomly and was shouting things as we were walking away. We are here from the UK and have found all servers here super friendly, except this one. Do not recommend / won’t be using for any meals or snacks throughout our stay again.
