Asked for pour coffee. Was told no pour coffee. Gave me drip. It was room temperature and bitter. I threw it in the trash. Offered to make brew a fresh pot, but don't have time for that. If you can brew a new pot, why no pour coffee. First, only, and last time.

We recently hosted our book club meeting at this lovely coffee shop and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, supportive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. The food, coffee and tea options were delicious and reasonably priced, satisfying everyone’s tastes. The ambiance of the shop was cozy and inviting, providing the perfect setting for our discussions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this coffee shop for any gathering or simply a relaxing day out.

Charleston Blvd. I visited the store in .I honestly felt like I was deceived by the review scores. The price was expensive considering the quality of the food. Honestly, if this place has a review score of 2.8, it is a decent store.Don't visit with high expectations.

Came in for the first time to try out Afternoon Tea. You arrive and your table is reserved and ready for your party. The girl that helped us was very knowledgeable and is the reason I remember most of the thing we had today. (We didn't catch her name) You get your choice of 2 tea flavor our starter was red velvet scones with butter and jam followed by 3 types of sandwiches to Japanese egg sandwich, cucumber sandwich, and smoke Salmon sandwich. Truffle grilled cheese, pear toast, canolli, a chocolate cream puff with a raspberry filling and a tart (i cannot recall the type). All of this for about $40 a person. Took us about 1.5 hrs to finish everything, great way to spill the tea while drinking tea. ? It was an excellent experience. We are definitely up planning on returning to try out other menu items that don't come with the Afternoon Tea.Dietary restrictions: While reserving online for afternoon tea time you are asked if you have any dietary need.. such as vegan, to allergies. This allows them to customize what you get on your tea time towerKid-friendliness: I did see on like that there is a kids menu for the afternoon tea for 20$

Quaint and aesthetic place to study or catch up with a friend. Note, the seats are close enough that you are able to hear everyone's conversations. Besides that, service and treats are always good. I've been here for both the high tea for a Bachelorette party, which we were well-accomodated for. Just have to make sure you reserve. The high tea is super cute!I enjoy their special coffees and teas.

Loveeee this place, I ordered the Lox Classic w/ a side of cucumber salad and jalapeño bagel with egg and avocado, both were so delicious, the bread of the lox classic was so crunchy and just so delicious leaving me wanting more! I will DEFINITELY be back and the interior is really well done i like the industrial look of this coffee shop. I have nothing bad to say about this place and i will be back! -:) Staff was also very friendly and professional

I love the chill atmosphere of this little coffee shop. It truly is a hidden gem as I had trouble finding it. Once you enter you forget you’re in Charleston between the pet supply and insurance office, this place feels like a hip trendy Brooklyn coffee shop. Their menu is great, had a really great Latte and Cappuccino, the Breakfast at Tiffany’s sandwich was really tasty! The location also offers complimentary flavored water which was really tasty. Decor is a 10/10 super chill in here. Strongly recommend if you want an actually good cup of coffee (which I’ve been struggling to find in all of Las Vegas)
