So I went to this store last night with my family I order 4 mini cup different flavors. The server ending giving me my 1st order in a regular cup. I told her I want mini her answer was we can't do mini in chocolate brownies flavor. then she did 3 regular cup size. I feel played paying 40 dollar. She should have told me she was charging me for different size.

This location has had a bad history when I visit for my ice cream but today I met Carlos he was AMAZING. Above and beyond, great customer service. Fun to chat with and a great attitude. You can tell he loves working with people. ????

Sunday late afternoon the 1 boy there wasn't fully trained but left alone in the store. He did what he could. The ice cream was melty. The cookie dough seemed old and the store was dark from several burnt out ceiling bulbs. Oh and

This is probably the grossest Cold Stone I've ever stepped into. Half of the lights don't work, it's extremely dusty, their walls and ceiling are tinted yellow from grease, and a broken wind chime is on the handle of their front door. Not to mention their register system is broken and covered in tape. If there's no one in the front of the store, you have to ring a bell. Talk about tacky.Service was odd since they insisted on packaging my order to go even though I wanted to eat it at the location. The price for two smalls with tips was over $17.00 which is ridiculous. I won't ever return until they change over management and properly clean the business.

Brandon has exceptional customer service, a kind that you don't experience too often. We all know Cold Stone is good ice cream, but it's the customer service that makes, or breaks the experience. I would definitely come back to this location. Cold Stone should be really proud of their employees at this location.

Hubby and I were out craving ice cream but had our dog in the car. We stopped by this location and to our surprise they are pet friendly! We both bought ice cream, which was amazing. Hubby got coffee ice cream with almonds and I got the Birthday Cake remix for my birthday. Service was friendly and fast! They even gave a pup cup to our dog. I asked to take a picture since they were so sweet to our fur baby! Sorry no pictures of the ice cream but this touched my heart.

walked into this place tonight at 9:44 PM when they clearly advertise that they close at 10 PM. There were two weird guys at the door saying that they closed early tonight because they are getting ready for an inspection tomorrow morning.…This all seemed very odd, and they would not serve me any ice cream. Booooo

I love Coldstone but I was actually really disappointed with this location. First off, I called 2 days in advance to order a certain cake, the guy was very nice, answered all my questions, told me I didn’t need to order in advance because they have plenty of the type of cake I wanted. Knowing my luck I still asked to have him hold one for me so he took my information and sure enough 2 days later I walk in to pick up the girl had no idea what I was talking about. She seemed high as balls and she also seemed to be working completely alone which is very wrong & dangerous. There were only 2 left of the cake I needed. So of course I’m a bit upset that no one took the time to just make sure what a paying customer asked especially since I’m paying an outrageous amount of almost $50 for cake that is very small. I asked her to write on the cake and this was my biggest issue. She asked me what I wanted it to say then just took it in the back, she didn’t ask me for a certain color or certain spot on the cake or anything. She comes back and says sorry I had to scrambled all the toppings around!!? Like excuse me, so not only am I paying for a cake that you just completely destroyed but the writing was so bad it looked like a blob of a mess that a 5 year old drew. I was so disappointed and embarrassed I had to apologize to the birthday person for how horrible it looked. Don’t offer sayings on cakes if you can’t properly write on them, you’re a large corp. professional ice cream/cakes business and it ruins the experience and value. I will never order a cake here again.
