We stopped here for breakfast, and it was very good. The service was slow but the food was worth it.

Idk why there's so many negative reviews, the portions are large, the coffee is really hot and the food tasted great! I got the chicken fried steak with scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. My total was $23 with the coffee. The eggs tasted real and not out of a carton like most places and were cooked perfectly. The hashbrowns were a little mushy more like fried mash potato, the biscuit was amazing. Overall I recommend this place. Food came quick and very friendly waitress.Wheelchair accessibility: There was also plenty of room for people on mobility scooters to get around the dining room.

Breakfast pricing is pretty decent and inexpensive for Californians here. Huge variety of selections for breakfast/brunch, salads, entrees, etc. Good find inside The Orleans Hotel & Casino. Absolutely huge food portions. You really need to take your time eating here. Very good customer service too. The place is packed with love. Lots of tables and chairs available. Gorgeous room views everywhere. The decorations and colors inside the restaurant setting really shines. My very berry salad was delicious and fresh. They pretty much gave me the full basket of fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc. Good portion blue cheese. Apple slices were actually more sweet than sour. Loved it. Traditional large breakfast plates are amazing, especially when their sausages and ham bacon are very smoky strong in taste and good. Coffee, tea, or whatever you prefer is brought to your table, including condiments are on each table fully stocked. Lots of generous creamers for coffee. Good positive vibes inside. I couldn't stop looking at the beautiful colors on the carpet/flooring throughout the restaurant. I only ate half of my very berry chicken salad and took the rest in a box back to the hotel for next day fruit breakfast. Satisfying. Freshness is key. Great first impression. Lovely decorated breakfast cafe. It was good enough that we would consider coming back next time. Service shines. Come hungry.

Came here early morning hoping to have some good oxtail soup to only get served with a disgusting soup!!! The oxtail pieces were inconsistent! Some meat dry like it was days old and reheated in broth and some that was red and raw looking as if they threw it in. Served finely chopped ginger in a plastic container that smelled and looked spoiled! Cilantro that looked old and wilted! We barely could eat our food! Our server offered to have the manager come to our table but return to say the manager was too busy. Hubby and I felt disgusted of being there! Left our money on the counter and told the lady at register that they should be ashamed serving nasty food here!

While staying at the New Orleans for a conference it was a perfect spot for breakfast. The food portions were just right. The food was seasoned just right. I was able to order my breakfast and take my dinner to go to my room as the conference provided me lunch. The waitress was friendly and the restaurant was busy with a mixture of guests staying at the hotel or just those gamblers coming for the day for a bite to eat. It was definitely very busy place!

We visited in September, we’ve been a few time, always stay at the Orleans and usually visit at least once for breakfast. Good filter coffee and decent breakfast, portion sizes can be quite big. We visited from the UK but never left hungry. Would recommend and would definitely go back. Can be busy on weekends, so if you’re up and about earlier then I’d suggest not holding off unless you want a wait for a table.

This is the cafe at Orleans. I found it clean and friendly service. Might be a little slow but I'm not going to ding them a lot, with the help shortage still affecting a lot of places. Had an omlette that was large and a good price.

Food was good but way overpriced. The 25% fee for carry out is highway robbery. Definitely will order from outside the hotel next time.

Kinda what you expect, but would definitely prefer to go elsewhere, if it weren't so convenient as a guest in the Orleans. We went twice, once for lunch as part of a large group and once for breakfast. We had ~30 in our group, so it was good that they could accommodate us at two large tables. The server had no clue about alcohol choices. One of the women asked if they had Prosecco and the server didn't know what that was. I asked what kind of beer they have and he didn't know. The menu just says domestic, import of craft. There wasn't a list or QR code. This is inside a casino; how do you not expect drink orders often enough to have choices known. I asked for a hazy IPA and they did have one in a can (it was pretty good). I asked for a glass and, although he acknowledged the request, it never came. Not a big deal, but gives you an idea. Food took a while, but it's a large group. They didn't seem to mess up anything, so big props for that. The Kalbi rib bowl was actually super tasty. My husband got chicken and waffles. They were mini waffles with chicken tenders; fine but not a nice crisp piece of chicken with a fresh waffle. Breakfast was standard diner fare and quality. My daughter and I shared a French toast platter, which was plenty for us - eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns and French toast. It was probably my least enjoyable meal of our trip so far. My wife and I went for breakfast on Wednesday morning before checking out of our room at the Orleans. We have eaten at this restaurant before and enjoyed it at times but lately it’s really gone downhill. No need to tell them how you want your food cooked it will just come out the way they want. We had breakfast and the bacon was hardly cooked and I asked for it to be crispy. Hash browns tasted burnt and the eggs are real small and runny. Coffee does not seem fresh and when they refill the cup it’s actually luke warm.Service is slow and they don’t really seem to care. Just get you in and out.The ladies at the register also don’t seem to care if you explain to them that you’re unhappy with the service and food.Definitely will not return.

We were given filthy silverware and water-stained paper napkins. When I asked for a new set I received so much attitude from the waitstaff. I'm not sure why though, like y'all gave it to me dirty. The food is okay but nothing to write home about. Wouldn't recommend dining here. There are better options in the city of Las Vegas.
