Just tried Crumbl for the first time! Two flavors were pretty good, but the Churro cookie was the BEST cookie I have ever tasted in my life!!! Cannot wait for it to come back around!!
Customer service isn't the greatest. I went on Valentine's Day to get my grandson cookies, and the lady there was with big wholes in her ears. She was so rude. The cookies are great. However, people who sit and make cookies all day should be happy and should make them with love. They rush you, and when you ask questions, they are very short and snippy.

Great cookies and quality. Friendly staff. Only suggestion is to mark on the menu when people are ordering what items are a top 8 allergen. My husband recently got the pink sugar cookie and we’re glad he didn’t share it with our son because there is almond in the frosting.
