Love the vibe, service but the pizza was a bit underwhelming. The toppings were quality but the crust wasn't great. It was really soft, with no crust on the bottom or flavor. The salad was amazing though! Next time I'll ask for a crisper crust to see if it makes a difference. The restaurant was very clean and organized which I appreciated and you can see them prep the pizzas up front. Pretty cool experience overall.
Our waitress Megan was so nice and very helpful. She was attentive and ensured that we had everything we needed to enjoy our time at Crust & Roux. We had the Spicy Rosa Pie. It was soooo good!!! It’s the best seafood pizza I’ve ever had. I’d definitely recommend dining at Crust & Roux. The apple pie was also really good too.

We love this place. I order the Greek salad and a pizza with the family. I highly recommend giving this spot a try. It’s in town square located just south of Mandalay Bay. If you want a pot pie i would recommend calling ahead and having them start it before you get there. It’ll take about 30 min. I’ll have to update Greek salad pictures next time it didn’t last long enough to make it to the photo shoot.
