Very upsetting tried for weeks to place an order.. called bakery left several messages, contacted via email and instagram. NOTHING. She has always made my kids cakes for their birthdays so I thought it would be simple like the other times. I guess I will have to go elsewhere from now on. Still no response.

Disappointed. I ordered a cake for my daughter for 2yrs in a row. Cupkates made it really beautiful and delicious. Everybody complimented a cake. This year I wanted to order a cake again for her 3rd birthday. I emailed 6 days before, called text and nothing. I went to the store and it was closed. The voice mail said they are having an event(until the day before my daughters birthday). She must've been on vacation and didn't update anywhere. I ended up ordering any cake that could be done by next day. Still no response from them. I also checkedthe Facebook and Instagram account and didn't see any post those day. Very unprofessional. Wo Stars only because of previous experiences.

This place is amazing and Kate is just a wonderful helpful soul! I bought the mini cupcakes for my son's birthday party and they were a BIG hit for such small delights. If you need a cupcake spot this is your place!

I’ve been going to Kate’s for 2-3 years now, charming Charlie’s was still next door then. Delicious, Amazing and Moist is an understatement when mentioning any cake here. I’ve recommended this place so often to family and friends you would think I received rewards points for doing so. Kate accommodated each and every question I had regarding my cupcake order, despite the multiple changes I made. Upon picking up, the cupcakes were presentable, neatly organized, and looked just as how I requested them. Kate's precision to detail is unbelievable. We were even given extra fondant toppers. Amazing service! Thank you very much, Kate!

My wedding cupcakes were AMAZING. I got a variety of 60 cupcakes.. vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and snickerdoodle. All the guests loved them.. Still soft and moist and very delicious 2 days after the event... I had a couple left overs that I got to eat !!
