Can you guys please fill up ice creams appropriately? To get served ice cream that’s literally so easy to serve, and get less than what customers are supposed to is soooooooo annoying.

This location has some of the most customer service-oriented employees across the board. My experiences have all been via the drive-thru, and the employees ensure they get your order correct with smiling faces. I typically order the Honey Barbeque Glazed Chicken strip basket with fries and buttery toast.The buttery toast at this location tastes scrumptious! The bread is soft, and every time I take a bite, the butter shoots into the inside of my cheek. Whatever they are doing should be taught to other Dairy Queen restaurants because I ordered the Glazed Chicken Strip basket at a different location in North Las Vegas, and the bread wasn't as soft and buttery at this restaurant. The bread is so good that I have routinely substituted fries for an extra toast, and I will continue to do so. I highly recommend eating the toast immediately, because if you let it cool, it's not as good.The Glazed Chicken strips are tasty as well!

Only 3 stars because I waited over 10 minutes in drive thru with just one car in front of me. Pulled in parking lot not seeing they have a drive-thru. I backed out and turned towards drive thru only for a car to pull in right before me. They had big order totaling $58 and pulls up to window. I pull up to order and right away someone asks for my order, I explain I just want any 8” ice cream cake and they give me total. So I’m waiting, thinking I wish I wasn’t handicapped because I would of just walked in n out. Instead I thought they’d do what every other drive thru does and ask them to pull around and they’ll bring out order, and so I waited about 15 minutes.

I love a good blizzard and the cheese curds, which weren't even full this time, but the service is always not great. Also for some weird reason half the time I go in they don't have ranch. I can understand every once in a while but having a condiment out half the time is way too frequent. My husband also ordered a dipped cone and they had to refund us cause after waiting ten minutes they told us their ice cream machine wasn't working. Also the bathroom didn't have toilet paper and multiple people told them and they said yeah we need to get to it. Just take 5 minutes to refill it. It really is just sad that service here has slowly gone down hill over the years.

The only thing this Dairy Queen is good for is the ice cream. They don't know how to cook. I got a cheeseburger and it was if they had put it in the microwave extra long. I get down the street and steam is still coming from it and I can't barely get the paper off because of how hot it was and cheese stuck to everything. I took it back and asked for a refund. When she asked me what was wrong I showed it to her and she apologized. So I wait 3 months and go back and get the chicken salad with the chicken on the side. I get home and see that they have put the salad in a box and not a bowl. Who eats a salad out of a huge box?!!! Most of the lettuce was wilted. How can you F up a salad!?? Ask DQ cause they sure messed up mine! I also ordered a small Carmel sundae which was ok but why did she give me the long spoon instead of a regular spoon? This place is ridiculous!!

Went thru the drive thru and ordered sundaes and a chili cheese dog. Sundaes were fine but the chili cheese dog was TERRIBLE ? someone scraped burnt chili out of the bottom of a pan and slapped it on a shriveled hit dog it was disgusting and disappointing. They could have just told us they were out of chili and all this after I was bragging to my grandson what great chili cheese dogs Dairy Queen has ???

First time here using the drive thru. Sunday evening. First impression, the employee taking my order had to say(mumbled) a "welcoming script" before I ordered that I could tell by the tone of their voice, didn't care. At the drive thru window my interaction with the employee was pleasant. As to the food, I wouldn't order food here again. Ice cream, maybe.
