I tried Del Taco for the first time in years. It was once again, not better than Taco Bell. Beef Burrito had no flavor. They did not have a steak burrito. Nice people, the food had me dissatisfied.

We went to location on blue diamond on our way home to pahrump. Restaurant was very clean and service was ?. I had chicken tacos and hubby had beef and bean burrito both were delicious...the price is right too!

I got the grilled chicken nachos. I was expecting grilled chicken and got ground chicken (we think). I tried to return it but they kept telling me it was grilled. It was definitely ground/crumbled chicken. I kept it and tried to eat it but the texture was so wrong. Had it been actual grilled chicken, would have been delicious. I also got a plain beef taco. The meat tasted VERY processed like a similar brand of vegetarian mock beef crumbles I've had. Did not taste like real beef. I was overall just trying to support because I love quick, fast tacos! The food was hot, but overall it upset my stomach and was not tasty to me.

Antonio should literally be the CEO because of how godly he is. For one, he provides excellent service, second, he speaks spanish for those that dont fully have english, third, he dkesnt give like two sauce packets when asking for extra hot sauce, If anything its more than 20 PACKETS. The feel of the restaurant on the inner and outer part is one of the best things as it just feels really at home and comfortable. Lastly, this is honestly kind of a biased review as Del Taco is my favorite fast food chain.
Customer service tonight was terrible. The drive-through guy literally came at us yelling through the drive-through speaker telling us "he's not lazy" we were barely trying to order, and he yelled at us through the intercom . He displayed very poor work ethic, and resulted in violent tones and aggravated accusations when we were simply trying to place an order. This individual should be drug tested due to lashing out for no reason.

WOW... it's been a minute since I've had such good customer service. The woman at the register was so helpful, thorough and respectful. She was kind and smiling. I'm 60 and most quick restaurants have awful employees so since I was treated with all the best as if I was in a "fine" restaurant I had to give this review. My grandson and I will definitely be returning

Fast, friendly and delicious. Gal at register was fantastic. Swifty prepared food, super fresh and hot with the order being correct and it was great. Lobby needed some attention...had to dock a star.
