Went after a long day of work to grab some food to go…. I already stopped coming here for months because the food quality declined and the servers don’t pay attention and are all over the place. I was starving so I gave it another shot… once again sever wasn’t paying attention took the wrong order and when I got home to eat I noticed it was wrong… already frustrated I called to tell them and they said to go all the way back to change the order… no one wants to go all the way back to get the right order after all this already… I go I give them my food n stand there and the sever blamed me for putting in the wrong order!!!! No accountability at all!!! At this point with all the attitude I don’t even feel comfortable getting my actual order so I left took a loss of $30 n I guarantee I will never go back here again!!! A damn shame to see what used to be a great spot has declined so horribly. Good luck ordering here!!! Triple check your order!!! ??????????????

Had "brunch". Guinness burger was awesome. The lil lady had the Ahi Poke. Never disappoints. Distill does have a rewards card. However, they transitioned to a newer system that ate up all our points. Booo... No longer has a birthday deal. ? Other than that, great food and service.

The owner was very nice I had actually gone to the wrong Distill my friends were in a completely different location.This manager was so nice they gave me a Christmas present at the bar and I had an unforgettable experience.
This is an update on 1/1/2024, and I'm only ranking this against other bars. Food compared to other bars is very good; as is the service and atmosphere. Great place to watch sports, drink, and eat. It is my preferred bar in Las Vegas.

Honestly the worst service I’ve ever received at a restaurant in recent memory, perhaps ever. Our server David came by infrequently, our food was cold and my sandwich was missing essential components of the dish (no au jus with a French dip?). Sides were forgotten. Waited more than 1 hour for our food to come out after ordering and no apologies or any type of consolation was made. One of our party had a cold sandwich and it tasted like our food was sitting under heat lamps for 20-30 minutes. Drinks were good because the bartenders were busting out work while our server was chatting with other employees and singing to music when there were clearly people that needed service. If there was some level of recognition of the poor service or excessive wait times, I probably would have moved on and wouldnt even post this. I rarely write reviews unless they’re really necessary and I always praise good work. This place needs to work on staffing or something, unacceptable service for a Friday night!

Used to be an upbeat, busy, great atmosphere bar with good food. Key word " Used to". Food is now so so, pretty empty, I tried calling ahead 3 different times to order for pick up, nobody answered, although when I walked in it was pretty dead.
