I had a great lunch here. It was great to be able to sit outside, even in December (heating lamps were on).Service was top notch. I liked the decor with all the plants and colors. My tacos were great. I appreciated that the had drafts and a diverse drink menu.Parking was easy. Restrooms were clean and well maintained.For me, even though this is sort of a “chain” (there is more than one “Distill” in Summerlin), this place felt cozy and like a local, charming pub. It was the excellent service that motivated me to give fixe stars here.

I held a work party here for F45 Summerlin and they were nice enough to reserve the patio area for our group of 30+ people. They gladly did separate checks and service was phenomenal. Our waiter Chewy did an amazing job. Thank you, Ryan and the Distill team for hosting us!
I went there with my friend to get w drink for his birthday. The bar tender Gigi had terrible service. She got us the drink in a timely fashion and wss friendly but when we asked for the check she didn't come back. I watched her go to the register and turn around to speak with men at the bar. I waited patiently while I was watchiled her flirt worh nasty guys for 10 minutes before even acknowledging me and my male friend. She had actually ignored cash money to flirt with guys! I was so annoyed I threw down 20$ (way more than the cost of the drinks and what she deserved in tip). I will never go to this bar again as long as Gigi is a bar tender. So rude!

I come to this distill often and I usually try to come on days that lindiana is workmg she's a super duper great server. She'll knowledgeable and she has a hell of a sense of humor! I recommend going in checking the place out! Thanks lindiana for the continued great service!!!

My friend & I came in here on 02/09/2024 to meet our married friends. We were hungry & wanted a couple of drinks. It didn't take long to get seated. It wasn't very busy for a Friday night, we arrived probably around 9pm or so. Our waitress, Christi started out great but then went down hill. She wasn't completely knowledgable about some of the items on the menu & had to go find out, she was nice & friendly though.We sat @ a high top table. Chairs weren't all that comfy. I had ordered Truly to drink & Christi didn't know what flavors they had so I gave her a couple of choices that I would drink when she had to go & find out what they had. My friend got a Mango Cart beer & I tasted it and it was very tasty. I don't drink beer much these days.I got the chicken fingers that were tasty & replaced the fries with onion rings for an extra $1.00 substitution charge. They weren't good @ all. They didn't taste homemade & just were blah. I started off with a cup of chili that was good but the best part was their cornbread patties. OMG to die for!! I had asked Christi if I could order some to go & she had to go and ask someone this. Luckily I was able to and two come in one order so I got two orders that cost me $4.00 total for 4 pieces.We sat for a long time with our dirty plates in front of us after we were done eating. I actually put some of our dirty dishes on the clean table next to us, which I hated to do but I was sick of them being in front of me & in my way. This is were the service went down hill. Like I mentioned Christi started off great, we hadn't waited long for her to come greet us but after we got out food it was like she went home or something? And of course the longer we were here the less busy it was, so its not like there was a bunch of customers in here that she may have been waiting on a table(s) not in view of us. We had no idea what happened to her. Then when we wanted to get our bills we had to wait even longer for them.We were a little bummed how the service started out so great but then went to poop. This won't prevent me from coming back to give this place another try especially so I can get some more cornbread....yum!!The ladies bathroom was freezing cold when my friend & I went to use it. OMG it was like they had the AC on high blast in there and the night we were there it had been raining outside so it wasn't like it was a hot night. I did notice a pool table near us that some people were playing pool @. Not sure what other games they had up in that separate area?

Amanda is the most attentive, hardworking, and caring server! Iv never had any issue when it comes to her taking care of me. If you are planning on coming down. Amanda is the person you want to look for coming down. Truly 10/10 experience every time I come down and get taken care of by her!

Anyone concerned with their health, safety or well-being should NEVER EVER EVER frequent this location!My son, who is a determined and hard-working young man who loves working there for fired.Why?Because he was sick as a dog with fever, vomiting, cough, & a brutal flu a long with a multitude of other symptoms.He couldn't even move to get out of bed and they told him to show up for work anyway as CLEARLY their customers are wholly INCIDENTAL!!So you fools who think it's a sanitary environment with healthy employees ought to rethink that one & do your socializing elsewhere!!Shame on Distill. We had issues with the tater tots that came out lukewarm, but the manager was on top of that bad quickly resolved it. They have new cooks so I was very understanding about that. They serve 25oz cold drafts! Delicious Elysian Spacedust was so good!!
