Poor customer service skills. People making the pizzas are either new or just don't care. Ordered a couple pizzas , salad , brownies and breadsticks. Gave us the wrong salad dressing , one pizza was burnt , the other was not even what we ordered. Not sure what the issue is but not the greatest experience at all.

Yeah don't get delivery here they start the order so it charges your card then imediately cancel it on you even tho they don't close for another 3 hours and the app does nothing to help you get your money back to reorder AND the store never answers the phone to find out why it's been cancelled

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with the Domino's on Maryland Parkway, warranting no more than a one-star review. The issue began with a delivery mishap; despite waiting outside my apartment for my order, the delivery driver never appeared. However, when I called the store to inquire, the situation took a turn for the worse. The manager on duty was not only disrespectful but also completely disregarded my concerns. He insisted that the driver had shown up and, as a result, my order was canceled. He then told me I would need to place a new order to receive any food.This situation was particularly frustrating because the funds used for the initial order were the last I had allocated for food. The manager's unwillingness to listen or empathize with my situation only added insult to injury. His argumentative stance and incompetence in addressing and rectifying the situation left me hungry and without any resolution. It's disheartening to see such a lack of customer service and management skills, especially in situations where understanding and flexibility are needed the most.

This is my second time ordering carry out at this location. Service is horrible and have to wait over an hr to receive your food. Two stars because it’s fresh when I get it but overall y’all need to work on better service and timing. Never had to wait an hr for pizza. SadWon’t be coming back!

Today I placed an order for pick up through the app. It was for a total of four pizzas. I had specifically selected no garlic seasoning on the crust for all four pizzas. When I drove home Two of the pizzas from my order had the garlic seasoning. I immediately called the store, made them aware of their mistake and they offered to remake the two pizzas, But I had to wait in additional 15 to 20 minutes. Keep in mind at this point the pizzas were ordered to feed my family who was already hungry and had to wait additional time for their mistake. Furthermore, I was told by the worker that I had to return the pizzas that they had messed up on. So, no compensation for the customer whatsoever for the time and gas wasted. This is really upsetting I go to this location due to it, being the closest one near me, and this mistake happens more than once.

I had originally given them a 5 star rating on their app I quickly changed it after dealing with the store this store in particular When I placed my order I espected my whole order to be there. Even after I had called the store to add to my orderThey fail to do thisSo I got my order of 3 pizzas philly cheesesteak however My girlfriend is pregnant and she quickly ordered a salad and Two Volcano cakes. These were not With my order when I received them. Also It was 830 when I ordered and The store was not excited about Delivering over to my house Or after speaking to Damn I felt like I was more of a problem Because they were stressing that it was a 3 hour wait even thoughMy app said 60 minutes to 73 minutes. It's a sad day for Domino's

They consistently do not have the staffing to take care of the amount of orders they get on any given night. I love Domino’s, but this is not the one to go to or order from consider Papa John’s Pizza Hut anything else in this area.

I placed my order on the app and when i was notified by the app that my food was ready I went in and they told me that they could find my order and that they only had part of it and that they were sorry and they spent like 5mins just trying to look for my other half of my order. all they could do was remake it and that I would have to wait another 15mins. After I waited another 15mins I went in and they told me they found my other half of my order and that they just gave me that old cold pizza instead of the one they supposedly remade for me. They couldn’t give me and new order or anything free or my money back. I was left with a cold Order and time waisted.
