Employees are not using gloves and touch everything with bare hands, then cook with the same hands. The staff are not friendly at all. I asked for Parmesan cheese and pepper, and they said they don’t have any - seriously?

In fact I'd say they're too fast.Food review is for my order of choice: Brooklyn Crust, Large/Extra Large w/Robust Sauce from the App (costs $10.50 XL, less for L). Fast food or not, it hits the spot, particularly @ this price point. I wish the crust was a little crispier but no complaints on flavor. Reliable, affordable, delicious.
They canceled my order after 1.5 hours and offered a free brownie.

I never worked as a pizza person but I couldn’t imagine reading three toppings to be that difficult and yet here we are - people that seemingly can’t finish reading a sentence so that my order could be right the first time.Upsate ; 3 years later they still can’t get it right . Maybe if one of them put their phones down long enough to read the receipt they’d learn to make a pizza exactly how it was ordered.

Ive always ordered food from this location even from pre pandemic this is my first time have to wait 1hour for 2 pizza and wings the guy still took my money plus a tip and food was cold no apologies ordered at 12:07 arrived at 1:20 ridicoulous his reason being he was the only driver at the time.
