If I could rate lower, I would. I ordered food for my kids at 8pm. The tracker stated the driver left for delivery at 9:10pm. By 10:10pm I still hadn’t received my food so I gave them a call. A manager answered the phone and told me that everybody has to deal with this, even tho this is beyond the time frame that was provided to me. I informed him that this food was for my kids (6,3, & 1) and that it would be cold by the time it got there. So that I’d like at least a partial refund or money off my next order for the inconvenience. The manager refused and told me he couldn’t do anything for me. I told him that this was not my fault and that he should be compensating for the mess up on their behalf. He hung up the phone and canceled my order after hearing multiple times that my kids were waiting on that food. Luckily, the food was delivered right as he canceled, so I received my refund & the food. Jokes on him.

Ordered through the app for delivery. Stated Jason was making my order and then got updated saying my order was canceled. I was provided the store number and had my order number in hand to see why my order was canceled then got put on hold for 20 minutes and then the line got cut right after. A monkey would do a better job. I ordered at 5:45; the app said the driver left at 6:03. It is now 7 o’clock, and I have been waiting for about an hour. I called 4 times, and I can’t get through. Finally, their driver called me and asked what hotel I am staying at, which I provided when placing the order. Then, the driver asked me what is the best way to get to the hotel. By then, I already knew the food was cold. I told the driver what gate and what part of the hotel I am at. The driver told me 10 min he would be there. 20 minutes later, I got a call, and the driver was at the wrong gate. I am definitely sure the food is cold. I told him to take the food back and refund the order, then the driver hung up. This is the worst experience I ever had ordering food. You simply don’t know how to operate a business. Thanks for ruining my trip!!

Almost an hour and a half waiting for delivery so I called the store and was told my order was still in the store waiting for 1 of 3 drivers who all had 5 deliveries before coming back to the store for my order to go out. so I figured I was looking at probably at least another hour before getting my food that was ordered before 7 pm, I would have probably been in bed before my order showed up around 10. I cancelled my order because I was disgusted in the customer service and delivery service. I WILL NEVER ORDER DOMINOS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! Do not order from here if you want good customer service they SUCK DONKEY BEEP. GO TO BLAZE PIZZA MUCH BETTER FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. I manage a restaurant so I do have some knowledge of what customer service is and to be told upon arriving that I had to wait 5 minutes to be cashed out because the counter helpers were in the back on their phone is inexcusable. I, in a very calm voice replied “I really don’t want to wait 5 minutes while my food gets cold sir” and was told that I “could leave without my food if I didn’t want to wait and be rude”… I was in no way rude but it was rude of him to talk to me like that. He continued to make pizzas one after the other instead of cashing me out. Approximately 5 minutes later 4 employees came in from the back… disappointing
