I tried so hard to like this pizza but honestly speaking this has been the worst pizza from any establishment anywhere. pizza was undercooked, looked like the driver took a joyride from the looks of the box, and it tasted like it was dropped on the floor be cause it had rancid aftertaste. customer service took 30 mins to get a hold of. all of the dominos In this area has bad reviews so I don't even want to order another one. please hold yourself to a higher standard.

Under staffed I felt sorry for workers !! Over worked !!! They were stressed !! My pizza took along time !! 30 minutes when the app said it was ready !! I believe the OWNERS ARE RESP FOR THIS ONE NOE THE UNDER STAFFED !!!!

The manager in charge is a young girl wearing an eyeglasses is a trash. Was wondering how she had that position. She doesn’t know how to apologize on what was happened to our orders. This kind of attitude towards customers needs to be taken an action. She’s very rude and doesn’t know how to apology. The store is very dirty and there’s a lot of employees eating around the working area, no hat or hairnet at least. Food safety is a must but in this store? It’s very disgusting. Some of them are chilling inside the office and there’s this 2 young girls eating pizza in the working area. Was trying to contact the corporate number but it’s hard to get in touch with them so I decided to just make a review in this location so other people are aware about the workers and the manager in charge with a trash attitude.P.S: forgot to take a picture about the happenings inside this store because we were so upset waiting for our orders for almost an hour of wait. So we decided to just asked for a refund. Here’s a proof of the screenshot of our orders on how long took our orders until I went inside and asked for refund instead.

Food was cold because the order took two hours to get to us. Called multiple times to ask them to get us in contact with the driver, who could have text/called with status update once he/she was over an hour outside their delivery estimate. No apologies, CSR female on 3/30 @ 5pm also hung up on us after not seeking to make anything better. Just really bad service when you have kids waiting to eat.

I ordered from this place about once every week. The food is always fresh quick and delivery has always been easy and on time. Truly love this Domino’s, and I would hate to order from any other place.
I ordered a meal online paid for and went to the store to pick up my order and upon arriving and speaking to the representative behind the counter I was asked to wait a moment while he got “the rest of my order together” , about 10 minutes later he tells me that the order was voided! How does this happen? And why haven’t I received the money I paid for the order? As a person who has worked in the retail restaurant customer service industry and have knowledge of a POS system a cashier is the only person able to void a transaction! So why wasn’t either offered my meal for the cashiers mistake or given my money back? I was literally craving this meal but to be turned away because of a mistake of a clearly new cashier was just flat out rude and disappointing! I will not be returning to this place and definitely be turning away any family or friends that frequently visit this particular store!
I ordered an Alfredo pasta and asked to add cheese. They added the cheese but forgot the alfredo lol.
