Went to Don Dortaco southern highlands to order food at around noon today, a girl at window glasses Spanish was so very rude and unprofessional .. I have been going to this spot for decade now and never have I had a rude unprofessional snotty employee at the service window ever. I asked for her manager , she said there is none and then proceeded to get in phone and call someone as we were left at drive up window. Las Vegas has excellent customer service but she has made this place ugly as of today .. Shame on the management for not recording her behavior or listening in on her conduct .. a job is a job but do it to your best ability cause you are replaceable in a min.. when I called back she said management not in and I can never talk to them and hung up.. lol, I will do better than that , will be contacting corporate office asap.

Came here for that taco tuuuesdaayy *lebron voice* they skimped me and I tipped them too.. smhh Dont come to this location, go to the one on Rainbow and Warm Springs they're better and serve quality compared to this location.

For $20 I would expect to get exactly what I ordered. I called and asked to bring my food back to have it remade but they refused to do so. Horrible customer service here, definitely not returning again.

The food and service at this location was better than the one closer to my house. The staff was friendly, service was quick. The tables were clean and free of leftover debris. We will be back.

Food was delivered by Grubhub but this review is about the quality and quantity of food that we ordered at Don's! Outstanding. We were surprised that two fish tacos completely filled one person, the machaca combo plate was huge and the side tamale was enough for one person's entire meal with chips and salsa. Everything super tasty for fast food!

During the COVID lockdown, my boyfriend and I had our first share of trying out new restaurants through takeout or delivery. Don Tortaco may have been one of them, but looking back at it now, I don't really remember if I ever had them before or not. We went to his parents' house in Southern Highlands to help them put up holiday decorations and doing all that work left us hungry. Don Tortaco, open 24 hours, is one of those places where you can get a late night bite to eat or if you just want a quick dinner for yourself. Though I'm not a fan of chain fast food restaurants by any means, they have some really good burritos! We went inside because I needed more time to think about what I wanted. Eventually I made my decision and we ordered the California burrito for the both of us. The California burrito included what your normally find inside of a burrito, with French fries being the extra ingredient. My boyfriend got a side of rice for himself. I originally wanted to get a thing of nacho fries, but he said that their portions were large and that it was possible that I wouldn't finish it. I was just ok with the burrito, though. Plenty of people were working there and our order came out in a breeze. Again, tasty burritos! Especially when they have fries in them.

food had no flavor.. first time there and the last time. tried asada tacos the guac made them ok but still no flavor in the meat. the watered down green salsa didnt help either. also tried the abodabo tacos never again. the rolled tacos were ok but very little meat. i have a few hard shell tacos i have yet to try. i dont understand how any of you even like this place? i should of kept driving to el gordo the abodabo tacos are on a different level there.
Very good and they're getting bad reviews because they're charging extra for credit cards and stupid little things. It is a fast food, Mexican restaurant. I grew up in East Los Angeles, and the tacos were great. Stop punishing them for charging a few extra percent for using a credit card. It's not fair and they're open 24 hours. How nice is that

the food used to be good... I been eating for several week and the meat is so, so salty. it was disappointed because the first time it was salty I let them know and 2nd time still salty they did not fix it...they lost a customer. :(Parking: parking is ok :)

The wait to get one burrito was too long. The chile relleno burrito was good. However, there was a piece of string in it. Unfortunately, by the time I was chewing it, I had eaten most of the burrito.Parking: No problem.
