They don t allow you to eat not even at the tables. The mexican woman at night was really rude and impolite. She made me feel not welcome and besides she ttook a picture of my ID then she said now I know all about you and your life. That was not profesional. Too sarcastic. She never did that to other people. Everybody played without showing ID and also she cigarettes not asking for Id to a young boy.

Old blonde lady there has a attitude!! Door is locked I waited at the door like a dummy for 1 min then I knocked old kare. Goes there a button right there because I knocked and embarrassed me in front of everyone there. Old Karen have better customer service. U should be fired she looks like she hates the job. Nice place to go and enjoy a limited casino play. But if you're looking to hit a jackpot go somewhere else it's not happening at Dotty's but if you just want to play and drink responsible this is the place ? Jackpots NO.

Walked in at 1:15pm wanting to get a drink and maybe some lunch, I dont know, never been in a Dotty's before. My mistake must have been asking the bartender politely if I may use the restroom first. She looked at me and denied my request in such an unwelcoming and demeaning way I felt like a hobo off the street. Shook me enough to do this review. The kids working right next door at Chipotle were much more accommodating.

Came in to gamble & had my ID card ready & asked for change at the same time. Cashier was rude & assumed I came here to get change & had attitude right when I walked in. Every dottys I go to the cashiers ask if I want a drink & this time I had to ask & was given nothing but attitude saying I need to place $20 in the machine & bet over $.50. Obviously I came here to gamble not to just get free drink (redbull) which I can purchase ofc but obviously dottys gives them out as complementary which I'm aware of. But I have no idea why this lady Ruby was rude to me to begin with? Maybe racist or the fact I'm young & maybe thought I wasn't going to say something about her actions. She advise me to go else where if I didn't like the service & when she gave me my drink she slammed it down. Rude & unprofessional, I came here to just relax & gamble but wasn't able too as she messed up the mood. Treat people the way u want to be treated & she definitely didn't like me acting like her. Lady needs to retire & dotty needs to get another cashier who's friendly with great customer service not old grouchy ladies.

If I could give zero stars I would!! I came in earlier today around 1:30 and that associate was nice, greeted me and even made me a new players card.latwr in the evening I returned around 6:15pm and there was a different employee Hispanic wearing glasses.I walked in and she was sitting down smoking thaT wouldn't have been a problem however I had to wait a little longer than I feel I should have for her to come to the counter and when she did she grabbed a beer for another customer which tells me they must have asked for one while she was smoking at her little table and that customer was made to wait for his drink and I in turn had to wait for my purchase.looks like she might need to work on her sense of urgency when it comes to her customers.After my purchase I sat down to play and when she passed by me I told her my pin wasn't working on my card and could she please fix it I was told that the machine wasn't working and I could leave and go to another Dottie's to fix it after I told her I was in earlier to get this card.after her rude comment she did not offer me anything to drink she went back to her little smoking table and proceeded to have her conversation on her personal telephone only she had in a Bluetooth device in her ear so you can't really see it.when I was done playing I got up to leave I did not receive a goodbye or thanks for coming like the previous ppl who left before me had received nope she didn't say a word.I even forgot my players card and had to go back and get it when she buzzed me in still at her table still on a person call and still didn't greet me or say anything to me when I left.totally unprofessional and because I just got off work I might not look like I just got off work I might even look homeless because I work hard and with my hands for a living so whom ever she was talking to on the phone when she said that the "homeless shouldn't be allowed in there" is Spanish well I understand and speak Spanish fluently and can't believe that I was discriminated against the way I was by this employee and if she had a name tag on I could let you know exactly who it was.terrible experience and totally unprofessional of her and she definitely shouldn't be working with the public if you ask me.

I would give it 5 stars, but I was only in there for 5 minutes. The place was clean, and machines were spaced out and clean.
Machine got me for 6$..and now I gotta sit here waiting for some person to come in and pay me?? I live in pahrump what a hassle
