The service is not very good, since I was placing my order and my sister was feeling a little bad because her blood sugar went down so she urged me to order her order, I kindly asked the lady if she could give me a donut in advance while she finished the meal. order the rest and he didn't let me, he told me pay first and I was surprised because we were a family of eight and we were ordering I just wanted him to advance me a donut to give to my sister it's not like we were going to leave without paying. In short, the quality is always good, only the service failed.

The coffee is NASTY!!!!!Coffee was warm (room temperature), plus it seems like they don't wash the pots!!Too expensive for a nasty/aweful coffee, I threw it away after 2 sips. The photo shows no steam (obviously).Donots were ok, btw.STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!

Not only did we wait longer than necessary for a cold sandwich but the staff wereSo zoned out they gave me the wrong breakfast wrap and then tried to correct me because they have labels. I showed her my wrap and it was clearly sausage and not chorizo. Then they couldn't process my refund because I used Apple Pay and treated me as if I'm the problem. This place looked so unsanitary and it made me uncomfortable that the person cooking the food was off to the side hidden. This place needs a manager. The staff told me the manger has left for the day (10am). District manager needs to step in and see for themselves! Even the merch has empty boxes on display with no merch.

I ordered a café, they looked at me like I was an alien from another planet. We don't do café au lait. I explained what it was, and that every other Dunkin I had visited made them. I made it clear I'm happy to pay. No, they don't do it. It's just coffee and steamed milk folks.

I would go here a lot working in the area and it was nice but not anymore. First time back in a while the cashier seemed irritated taking my order. I order the same drink at any other location, my drink has never tasted so bad and not filled up to the top ever.
