Service has been okay sometimes no. They always get my order wrong. Yesterday I went it was wrong. I didn't even get greeted the service was bland he had no intention to work. The grilled cheese wasn't even toasted or melted all the way. The cheese was just cold and raw. lol Only go here because it's next to my job. I gave them chances many times. One other time they put regular milk instead of oat. I find out bc the taste so I was already at work and couldn't go back for a new one. Also manager yells at the employees super bad... I can see why but still.

The cashier working this morning (02-05-2024 @ around 12:50pm) was very rude. She rushed us the entire time and had a bad attitude. We also got one of the wrong drinks &' ordered to breakfast sandwiches with no napkins. I'm not usually the type of person to complain about things like this but this has happened twice to me at this new location, and the way the lady was speaking to us today was kinda of unacceptable to me.

I gave a one star on every level even though I know nothing about how the food is! It didn’t look appealing and the kids that were supposed to be working were crazy loud talking amongst themselves and making unheard of samples that had nothing to do with DD. They must of been bored!The rest speaks for itself on the stars.Ever go into a place and you felt unwelcomed?Well here it goes! Went in for an interview with the Manager. I believe she is the DM. Ms Dina. There was another lady she had with her named Denise. Well I walked in on time for an interview and they are both interviewing other people. Definitely don’t double schedule interviews! I waited and waited. But that’s not even what was a surprise to me. Dina was rolling her eyes at me the moment I walked in. I felt like she was shaming me. Not sure why? She didn’t even want to interview me. She definitely didn’t hide the facial expression and was vocal in a rude sense. Not to mention she was on her phone and texting while she should have been interviewing.The sad part is they didn’t even know why half the people were there other than for an interview. What I mean by this is she didn’t know what position each individual was there for. When I told her what I was there for she cringed. I wasn’t trying to take your job! Now this is not the way to run a business. I am going to say that these two females are related but on the other hand Denise was a doll. Very calm and you can tell she listens.Note to Dina! If your not happy or insecure about whatever it is than maybe you should have someone doing the interviews for you or do something else that you like.It’s not nice to shame someone you never even said but one word to right off the top. You aren’t setting high standards as you procrastinate. If someone wants to work what’s the problem? It was really loud and I can see why some of these reviews are negative. I don’t know but in my opinion it was not professional but than again it’s a donut and coffee shop! Nice example you are setting! This independently owned franchise is not so friendly! They have plenty more that they run. Be careful she isn’t there for you! She’s there for a paycheck and obviously very insecure or maybe she’s just rude all the way around. Who knows but don’t knock someone down who wants to work. That was an awful way to start the day for someone.

The morning manger needs some training on interpersonal skills, I get it when someone needs to be coached on improving but, it doesn't have to be in front of store while customers are hearing and watching. She talks At her employees like she was at home with her kids. Uncover boss needs to visit this locations. Feel bad for the employees having to deal with her all day, work should be a happy place. Bless you all and hang in there, mot all bosses are like her.

Im pretty sure the two older ladies in the morning think they had to manage, but suck at customer service. 6 o'clock in the morning and I'm the only one in the store; i literally said good morning 4 times and still got ignored. I first thought that the older lady was going to help me, but she literally just looked at me and walked away! Then the lady decided to take the order of the person that was in the drive thru. All of this BS and I was just picking up!! Fucking terrible!

It's a brand new location when you walk in you make your order on a computer and if you want munchkins they will ask you which ones you would like.

This Dunkin' Donuts in the entire valley is undoubtedly the worst, and the staff is quite disappointing.

I'm here literally 3x a week.. I love the butter pecan iced coffee!! I'm so glad they've made it a permanent part of their daily menu. Occasionally I get a not-so-fresh donut, but its not enough to deter me from visiting. I love dunkin coffee ☕️

Be wary of the young drive thru employees. I just dealt with a young girl that rushed when taking my order then when she inevitably gave me the wrong drink she argued with me and said, “you didn’t say that.” I didn’t very much feel like arguing so I said, “ok can you just make it the way I want.” She then snatched the wrong drink out of my hand and still made the new drink wrong.

The new training manager, Michael, you put in this location, should not be working as a manager at all in any of the locations or anywhere near the customer service industry. I'm a regular that has been coming to this location for 3-4+ years now, and on average 3-4 times a week and I've never had any problems until this experience with this particular worker. She/he was the rudest person I've had to deal with in the many years I've been consistently coming here and I don't appreciate the disrespectful manner & demeanor that he/she brings to the table. Please do not have her here as a regular worker. He/she has now made coming to this location very very uncomfortable, and it's the most convenient location away from my home. Every time one of the workers made my drink wrong, they have always politely corrected the problem with so much respect. He/she does not know how to handle issues correctly, and seems like it will be an ongoing problem.

Ordered DoorDash clearly put no bacon on my hash browns and covered them in bacon. They have to go in trash I can’t eat anything that touched pork.
