Horrible morning staff. Nothing is ever ready, the staff rushes you just to find out your order is wrong and then they dont care. Totally unprofessional and the manager in the morning was not bothered when told about the customer being displeased store is a joke and needs new staff and management IMMEDIATELY

I want to give a special thank you to Ray Ray, anytime i come through the drive thru she is always so kind and knows my order by heart everytime. She even writes motivational notes on my drinks on some occasions, she is awesome and definitely one of the reasons i keep coming back! The rainbow location is the only dunkin i go to because they actually make the drinks tastes delicious, other locations just put straight milk and a dash of coffee? i paid for coffee not just straight milk? rainbow location is awesome!

KATIE is a Rockstar. Make her a manager or lead supervisor. This young lady is gonna be very successful in her future. She has personality, genuine care for customers, a smile that lights up a day, charisma, a sense of urgency, and the list can go on. So many establishments have team members who hate their jobs, and it shows. KATIE appreciates and goes the extra mile for any job she is given. She makes me want to just this location as often as I can. GO KATIE. If there were 20 stars, she would get them. Bless your future young lady, and thank you for handling my situation with care.

"oh cool, no line at the drive thru" I said to myself as I went to Dunkin, I'm short for time let me swing by and grab a breakfast sandwich and coffee.... The reason there is no line is because the line is actually waiting in the parking lot for their order to come out. I think they time the orders so to clear the window and take more they just make cars move along and wait in the lot. It's very deceptive. I hate coming to this location, it happens every time. If the manager or franchise owner is basing their performance off of wait times at the drive thru, they're all lies.

When I walked in I was greeted by Rachael and I was so unsettled by my day, and because I have social anxiety, and felt a panic attack coming on, however, because of Rachel's compassion and empathy, she kept me engaged in the present moment, and suggested the most wonderful flavor mix of Pumpkin pie spice & butter pecan WHICH TASTES MAGICAL. Her genuine kindness helped me stop the oncoming anxiety attack I felt from what I experienced earlier. The food I ordered was amazing, the Pumpkin muffins were very flavorful and fresh. I have not felt so comfortable going out as I did today. THANK YOU, RACHEL, ALWAYS BE YOU.

I work close by here,so this place is convenient, BUT:Ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich& it was literally the driest sandwich I've ever eaten. It was dry, but essentially edible: would ask for some butter or crm cheese on it if I ordered it again.Went back another day& wanted to order a dozen donuts; however I left w/out ordering any bc there was literally almost NO frosting on the donuts! Bizarre....please don't skimp on frosting ,guys! You will sell more donuts!!!!!

All your caffeine needs plus donuts and breakfast style foods. Fast service. A few seats inside to sot and clean bathrooms. Had a good supply of donuts as the other locations run out quite easily.
