The doughnuts are disgusting and dry and not only that or not icing correctly nor the feeling has enough of the feeling. The drinks are good though And they have a speedy service. Other then that I wouldn’t recommend buying doughnuts from here.

I guess Dunkin’ Donuts on the East Coast really are different because this one took 20 minutes to get one coffee and a doughnut. It wasn’t worth the free coffee on Mondays either because I had to pay for it in 20 minutes of time and buy a mediocre, frozen doughnut to even get it. It was taking everyone’s order forever to come out and the staff was obviously scrambling so something was off with the way the location was being run. I felt bad for them, but it really messed with my morning having to wait for almost a half an hour for a drink.Update: the manager made this right by replacing this order on another occasion when different staff were working and it was less busy.

I like to go there sometimes to get some breakfast croissant, hash browns, coffee and donuts.
Asian girl with winged eye liner was at the front, did not greet, waited 5 mins then just put in a mobile order, you can’t ignore that. She makes my drink, leaves it on the counter closer to her & doesn’t even yell the name. Walks away from the drink when the black girl from drive thru greets me & asks if I had a mobile order & name. This whole time, I’m not in a rush or giving the body language of “hurry up,” I’m a patient person most days. But I cannot stand being IGNORED!It was not busy. Drive thru was busier than the floor! Please tell your people to speak to customers within 5 mins. Communicate at all!
