I just ordered a coffee and food, and my sister got tea. We asked if they could add steamed milk and vanilla to the tea, and the girl who took the order said yes. The cashier never gave me a receipt or a number, so I didn't know I needed a number to take my order. When I asked if the food they put out was mine, the worker I asked was extremely rude to me for not knowing my number and told me "just know in the future, you're not allowed to order that tea" which makes zero sense because we asked if they could, they said yes, and then got upset at us for giving them an order THEY ACCEPTED. In the end, they gave us a tea with caramel in it, when we asked for vanilla. I got a $5 wrap, which the picture of was a huge wrap with lots of filling. I did not get that at all. I understand that often fast food places use pictures that are better than the food they serve, but this isn't even the same thing remotely. It is the size of my palm. It's ridiculous this was $5. BTW, it's not even a wrap, it was made like a tiny taco.

Just went there five minutes ago. Found a handwritten sign over the register that said, "Sorry, we're out of eggs." I told the young school-aged female staff, "I just saw this sign that you're out of eggs," and I asked: "Aren't you going to buy any?" She said, "No." I asked, "Why not? Walmart is across the street." She said, "Sorry." I looked at her and thought: "What an idiot!" Message to the store location's Owner: Remove this person from your payroll. She doesn't seem to care about maintaining the egg inventory. That's affecting your ability to sell items which require the use of eggs. It's also damaging customer morale. To put it simply: She hasn't the brains to do the job. She's losing you money. Fire her! Hire someone who has intelligence and experience---preferably someone above 30 or 40. In the meantime, she's lost my business.? I'm going to tell me family, friends, and coworkers what a bad experience I had.

Worst experience ever. The employee’s could use more bettering skills on their customer service. They are lazy and don’t know what they are doing.

Person working does not understand coffee. Just wanted a decaf drink. She said they were out of decaf espresso but had decaf coffee and then when I tried to order a decaf iced coffee she said they were out of decaf iced coffee. You can just pour coffee over ice?? Did not end up getting anything after trying to order three different drinks.

Good gosh, how hard is the order, 1 chocolate long john and TWO male long johns. They fill the bag with their back to you hiding what they are doing and when you get to the destination, you find two chocolate and ONE maple. Geez!! Public school education is a wonder. She was to distracted about talking to her Co worker.

Ordered online and drove to the Dunkin’ Donuts in Sam’s town and everything I ordered wasn’t available. It would be a common courtesy for the company to not let the purchase go through on their app if there was no available products.

On June 1st around 8pm there were 2 girls working there and they were not helping a line full of customers, they were in the back talking and on their phones, going over video games and drama in the back. After about 30 minutes they came out to help us but by then everyone else was gone, they didn't have anything I wanted left due to one of the workers saying "I ate the rest of these" to the other coworker and they started laughing. I ordered 2 drinks and some stuffed mini bagels and the bagels were fine, but the drinks didn't have much of the Caramel in it, and the cups were filled up 3/4 of the cup. The lady in the pink hair woking in the front didn't even hand me my receipt when I tried to grab it she just threw it to me and when I went to get my drinks she tossed the straws at me then left. I don't know how the morning crew is but I do not recommend coming here later in the evening if you see a lady in pink hair. The store was clean though so I give it 1 star. The workers where just not good at their job at all.
