Don’t think I’ll be returning to a company that is skimpy on their products. This is the problem with Franchises. I predict that Dunkin’ Donuts will become the next Quiznos of franchises. #

Absolutely love the remodel and quality of the coffee. I am a Dunks regular and this location never disappoints. The coffee is always super fresh and the staff is wonderful. On this visit I was helped by Quin’naeia and she did not disappoint. Coffee was excellent and customer service was top notch. Thank you for making my day better. Las Vegas runs on Dunkin!! ?

People need to learn not to put some kind of people in charge of their business. I will never go back to this location again even if I have to drive 30mn more. Customer services skills are non existent. I went there today and while I was ordering this manager literally cut off me and the employee I was explaining my order to, and told me " yeah yeah yeah, assorted donuts, got it... is that all?" Just to have me go around, park in their dark parking lot to go change my donuts. His excuse, he couldn't understand what I was saying because I have an accent. My accent is not heavy at all, been working in corporate America as a finance manager for 10 years. This man completely messed up my entire morning, was completely condescending and told me how to order my food next time. Wth? Never again.

Today was national coffee day I asked if I was allowed a certain iced drink like a iced latte . And when the lady at the front asked the manager if it was allowed for the promo the manager she said "no she can not have that drink it's for iced coffees who does she think she is" not only was it a rude comment but it was unprofessional. I was just asking a question and got this rude comment and the other manager yelled "NO it's ice coffee only " . After this I will not be returning to this location ever. So unprofessional
I ordered bagel not toasted with cream cheese got the delivery was a toasted bagel with no cream cheese. When I called the girl that answered told me to go pick up a new one . I ordered delivery and payed for it . This is not ok hire staff that actually can do there job or if they do mistake can can fix it .

This has to be worst Dunkin Donuts in Las Vegas. Terrible, terrible. No cold brew ready waited for 1/2 hour. They didn't bring the coffee out after making Cold Brew. Got back in line and waited another 10 min. This location has had the worst service since the opened. This is pathetic.

Came in to pick up an ubereats order for Alan, and was standing there waiting for well over 15 minutes without being acknowledged. After 15 minutes Alexa finally asked me "im sorry what are you waiting for?" But by then i already spoke with uber to cancel the order. Will not be coming here to buy anything with this type of customer service

I am not alone saying this gotta be one of the worst Dunkin Donuts around. Unfortunately it's close to my church so I keep stopping there. They usually run out of product early, service is terrible, tables dirty. There is an open bathroom.I went yesterday and wanted a Jelly Donut and a hot coffee. I ordered. They were out of Jelly Donutes so I ordered 5 Munchkins. Female with very long nails takes my order. The amount seems high I ask her about it she confirms its correct. I pay. She starts making a cold coffee. I'm like no I wanted hot. She argued with me that I told her I wanted a COLD coffee. I'm like I guess it was a misunderstanding (I 99 % drink hot coffees. I said no such thing).I did not receive a refund as the cold coffee is more expensive. I left and the coffee tasted old and burned. I noticed the light on the coffee makers were red and blinking as I was standing there and I wondered if that had any meaning I guess it does.I took the corporate survey as well and waiting for a callback.I've been to this location many times before (as I said location)and it is rarely a pleasant experience. A disgrace to the Dunkin brand. One time a young gentleman was the only one in the store. He did the best he could, but was obviously overwhelmed. I think I just left that day.I really feel if you work in the food industry overlong nails (must have been an inch or two) are not hygienic.
