Gave this spot so many chances because the food is good, but today was the last straw. Customer Service is absolute garbage, they don't like picking up the phone to take orders, and you greeted by attitude when as you walk in the door. I don't want people with bad energy to make my food. I'll take my MONEY some where else

I live not even a mile from this place. I used to eat there all the time but I quit for some reason. Not because of anything negative, just forgot it was there when I am hungry and want to eat hearty.I deliver from this location quite a bit. When I come, the parking is scarce but you do get lucky quite a bit, and are able to find a spot without a long walk. The store is somewhat small, a typical mom and pops eatery with limited chairs and tables. One window serves the food with one cook (from what I see). The wait isn't very long. There are multiple sauces available, looking homemade and fresh. Never came in and it looked unclean or like some wild animals were just there.The part that I like the most... And this comes from multiple deliveries... When I get their food and put it in the backseat of my car... It ells amazing! I can smell the different spices, the different meats, how they were prepared, the vegetables used and I can get an image of what someone ordered by just the aroma. (McDonald's and those fast food places... I don't know what I'm smelling. It just smells like McDonald's.)Nice neighborhood place to come in and get some food that you know you can trust the process and people. They take pride in what they serve.

Was probably the worst Mexican food I have ever eaten. Fries were so covered in grease the were pretty much smashed potatoes. Pastor was a fat and the guacamole was brown.

Amazing place to grab lunch or prepare catering service for your private events!! Highly recommended establishment to any serious food enthusiasts making their way out to this part of Las Vegas.

Ordered menudo, the sauce reminded me of CANNED ENCHILADA SAUCE bought directly from the grocery store.... Absolutely HORRID! At best there are 3 to 4 counter siting and 1 table with four chairs. Very crowded space for customers. Never again at this location. I will try another and see if it's better, otherwise going elsewhere.

Breakfast burrito and "carne asada" were very disappointing. Wouldn't recommend. Did like the salsa bar but not the salsa.

Food is terrible, I ordered carne asada fries it was a small small amount of fries with cheese whiz, it had no flavor to the meat cost over $14.00. Don't go here, Del taco is 10x better

I ordered the queso-birria tacos entree and birria fries from Durango Taco Shop #1 through a food delivery app. The portions were generous and the food was warm and flavorful! I will most certainly come back for more.
I have been here several times and it is always okay. The food never has a fresh taste, more so precooked and reheated on the grill. Everything about this place is just okay.
