My first experience was amazing when I came here.Now came with my family for their very first time and honestly communication and customer service was pretty horrible felt rushed while ordering .. weOrder straight off the menu of our phones and showed the guy pictures of what we wanted. 2/3 drinks were wrong. My family wereDefinitely embarrassed to be there, they did not wanna go up to have it fixed and make a scene and we just left. Definitely will not come back after that considering you guys embarrassed me in front of my family like that, when I was hyping the place up so much to them.

When I say the entire crew here made my nephews night I mean the entire crew. My man taking the ride seen he had a medal in from the backseat. Asked him about it and screamed to everyone else that he won state 8 year old wrestling match. Gave him a free coffee and just had a great conversation. The best DB I’ve been to hands down.

Overall, Dutch Bros is a great establishment. Their drinks, compared to SB, are vastly superior, more consistent, and considerably cheaper. In fact, a normal family of 3-4 can actually afford drinks for everyone! The staff is extremely helpful and understanding, which is what puts them in the 5 star zone!
